Great room, very clean and great service. They called us and upgraded our room to a family room free of charge, and the concierge gave us an extra meal ticket. The breakfast buffet was filled with local specialties. Definitely worth a visit!

We had a good family stay at Grand Link hotel. We are foreigners in China and have 3 kids under the age of 12. All staff were helpful and accommodating to us. We especially enjoyed the large pool (they put out the lawn chairs and tables/umbrellas on our second day to visit the pool. not sure why they weren't out there on the first day). The garden in the center of the hotel was lovely and the kids really enjoyed feeding the fish. The location was such that we had to grab a didi everywhere we wanted to go, since we had kids who couldn't walk very far distances. It was super simple to get a didi though, and usually about a 10 minute ride wherever we wanted to go. The breakfast buffet was wonderful!

桂山華星酒店是一座位於市中心的五星級豪華酒店，周邊景點多，環境優美，配套設施齊全，員工服務温聲細語貼心周到，早餐豐盛，旅居舒適性價比高。酒店後花園幽靜雅緻，錦鯉成羣，旁有半壁江山茶館為鄰，居住在這裏讓人身心愉悦，輕輕鬆鬆便可漫步江邊賞景。

酒店地理位置優越，環境優美，鬧中取靜，酒店有春夏秋冬幾個景園，夏景園小橋流水，小朋友可以在這裏餵魚，成羣結隊的錦鯉來搶食，很壯觀，小朋友玩得特別嗨，流連忘返，特別推薦帶長者孩子一家人出遊的朋友訂這家酒店！

全家老小出行，時隔二十幾再次來桂山入住，還和小時候一樣好。之前有點擔心酒店設施陳舊，實際並不會，房間整潔衞生，設施齊全，有歡迎果盤，金桔特別甜！小花園一點也沒變，小朋友領到了免費魚食可以餵魚。酒店出門左轉步行可至口碑名店勺得、七星巖和訾洲公園。下次夏天來桂林還會來桂山住，再去重温下游泳池。

酒店大堂服務好，過年還有小遊戲送小禮品，客房服務也達到五星水準，就是房間設施有點老舊，洗手間有下水道的味道，可能排氣扇壞了（沒聽到排氣扇的風聲），但是不算太大味道，關了門就嗅不到，就沒提出換房了

總體不錯，5星名副其實，值得推薦。
缺點:
«外賣»不讓送進去，而且沒有機器人，取的時候離門口比較遠。
«一樓餐廳»某位值班的工作人員比較不會來事，坐會兒就問吃不吃飯，好像要趕人走，還説外賣的吃的不能坐這裏吃……自己品品這«服務»。房間冷，暖器送來很快，不錯！
«健身房»有，但是鎖着，得去讓前台找人開門，找了半天。
«周邊»環境不錯。距離景點非常近。
