Good: Very close to Guilin North station, TV projector for watching TV/movies, nice staff, spacious room
Bad: No AC in public areas such as hallways, simple breakfast, carpet in the room is quite stained and needs a deep clean…makes the room feel less than desirable

這次入住體驗很差，本來攜程定的房間有免費升級。到了前台説過年期間不給升。打電話給攜程客户溝通後説是升級了。結果一看房間升級的房間窗户特別小。還不如不升級。果斷要求換房間。服務員就很不情願的樣子還説沒房間。再次打攜程客户幫忙溝通。最後升級了。不是説沒房間嗎？ 整體服務體驗感很差。不過攜程的客户很耐心。這個必須點贊，一直幫忙溝通解決。就酒店服務態度差。自己不能升級訂單就不要確認啊。確認了就要滿足客户嘛。

體驗感極差
衞生：住了兩天最後一天走的時候才發現枕頭下面還有上一位客人的穿戴甲 不知道是阿姨沒打掃乾淨還是直接沒換床單 跟前台説了也沒得到什麼解決辦法 奉勸住酒店的小夥伴到了一定要先檢查乾淨床單再睡！真的太噁心了！

交通方便，有直通地下停車場，前台兩位小姐姐服務熱情周到，房間配套智能聲控，唯一不足好象沒有掛毛巾的掛勾架，還好洗漱台夠寬夠長，好多洗漱物品衹能擱枱面上。

房間很大，訂的床也是最大2米的床。3個人睡正合適。
酒店周邊可以吃到當地人都去吃的大河米粉！很正宗！！！酒店的特點就是智能。不過做酒店電梯是我覺得唯一不好的地方，兩次發現有煙頭和電梯裏抽煙的味道。

Отель находится примерно на расстоянии 2км от северного вокзала Гуйлин. При желании, можно дойти пешком, но такси удобней. Отель с претензиями на престижный. В номере сенсорная система управления умный дом. Стильный душ и санузел. Только дверка в душ не очень плотно закрывается. Кровать удобная большая. Всё необходимое есть в номере.

設施：房間是智能語音系統可以呼叫小鳴同學非常方便
環境：旁邊就有商場飯館還可以隨時打到車，對於我這種懶人來説不要太友好，和朋友一起來的，房間也很乾凈，謝謝前台小姐姐升級了房型，態度非常好，下次有機會來桂林還會住的，贊贊贊🥰

房間服務叫半天沒人管，屋裡燈是壞的久久自己亮，久久又自已關，感覺住了**。早餐是豬食的，什麼都沒有

兩百一晚的酒店不錯了，跟十多個朋友來玩本來訂的房間沒有了，經理免費升級了房型還送了早餐，非常划算
