The hotels location is very near to many tourist attractions in the middle of Guilin. Although positioned at a main street with lots of traffic I never had any problem with noice, not at daytime and not at night. Very comfortable bed. Very clean hotel with fresh towels and room cleaning every day. Very rich Chinese breakfast to start a new day. I also had no problem with technical equipment e.g. electricity, light, air conditioning, hot water in the room or public area of the hotel. The staff at the reception and the service staff is very friendly, polite and helpful with guests. I can really recommend the hotel for staying a short or longer time.

酒店地處桂林市的中心位置，距離兩江四湖、日月雙塔、象鼻山景區、東西巷都挺近的，步行即可到達，酒店旁邊有條步行街，餐館多，多是桂林當地人在裏面消費。酒店乾淨衞生舒適，設施齊全，有餐廳、健身房、洗衣房，前台小哥哥、小姐姐服務熱情，還送了桂林特產桂花糕，真的是一次愉快的入住。特別推薦大家桂林旅遊入住該酒店，也期待下一次的桂林之行。

服務非常好，前台小哥哥小姐姐都很熱情細心。
很近象山景區，酒店二樓的酒樓（阿甘酒家）也很不錯，吃東西很方便。
唯二美中不足的是，停車場比較小，住客多的時候可能會停滿，沒有車位。還有早餐沒有茶或者咖啡提供。
總體入住感受不錯，環境衛生都很不錯，會考慮二次入住。

我非常不滿意我在這家酒店的住宿體驗。首先，客房的衞生情況令人失望。水杯旁發現有毛髮和枕套上有污跡，浴室的地板也很臟。此外，房間的中央空調很響，導致我整晚都無法入睡。我對於酒店管理人員沒有及時解決這個問題感到非常失望。其次、酒店前台旁邊旅遊票務被騙，被前台大姐勸誘、胡説沒有乘坐大灕江很遺憾，全程設圈套導遊一直讓我們買東西，強買強賣，不買導遊立馬翻臉甩臉子，我相信很多人在這裏旅遊被騙，總而言之，我對這家酒店的住宿體驗非常失望。我不會再選擇入住這家酒店並且會向其他人不推薦這裏。

離象鼻山很近很近，桂林的天氣太舒服了，路邊的樹很綠，看着就心情很好，特意選了這個時間來玩，人不擁擠。酒店位置真的不錯，就是衝著離象鼻山個椿記燒鵝近特意預訂的，房間裝修風格很新穎，服務態度親切，跟前台問了一堆問題還很細心幫我們一一解決，告訴我們去哪裡玩哪裡有好吃的。床品很乾凈也很舒服，隔音效果很好。整體環境不錯，衞生乾淨還有洗衣房，停車場。

前台很熱情，還主動送了一個東呈的杯子，超感動、房間裏的衞生和風格很好，我喜歡，位置也不錯就靠近市中心，早餐品種多，停車也方便，酒店有洗衣機和烘乾機，還會主動問是否需要送洗服務。點贊！還有健身房。非常的棒
