1.酒店房間環境不好，一進去就能聞到煙味，床上用品也是煙味，衞生間環境差，洗漱用品能看到都起毛邊了2.前台服務態度差3.我是晚上才到酒店，到酒店辦入住，跟我説我已經辦理入住了！我一下高鐵才到酒店，怎麼辦入住啊！而且最後也沒有給我一個明確的解釋，衹是説大床房沒有了，給我換成雙床房4.房間裏面還有蟲子！！！

挺乾淨的，前台小姐姐也很親切，設施挺全的，就是淋浴頭有點壞了，固定不住，整體住着還挺舒服的，性價比不錯。

環境不錯 很實惠 物美價廉物超所值 地理位置挺好的 下樓就有東西吃 服務態度也很nice 能積極幫忙解決問題 房間也很大 愛了愛了 下次有需要會再來的

桂林醫學院第二附屬醫院的馬路斜對面，交通方便，購物飲食便捷，酒店是 酒店聯盟的，價格實惠，性價比高。
房間裏面空間大，設施齊全，床鋪舒適，WiFi給力

除了位置還可以，環境衞生我的個天呀……不僅有蚊子跟你嬉鬧，還有蟑螂偷看你洗澡，睡覺還有蟲子陪你一起美夢……

這是我住過的前台服務態度最差的酒店。現在都什麼時代了，居然還有人用這種服務態度來做生意，真是搞笑。讓這樣的人做前台，遲早把老闆的生意搞垮。衞生也不好，桌面很多灰塵，還有蟑螂、蚊子，水壺裡還有一層生銹了的污垢。
