過往桂林優選住宿酒店，地理位置好，出行方便，酒店設施好、温馨。睡覺安靜。前台服務熱情周到，房間衞生好佈局合理！

酒店大堂寬敞，設施齊全，房間不是很大，床墊偏軟，前台熱情，有免費停車場。邊上還有幾家飯店，不遠處還有醫院。

品牌就是品牌，環境舒服，雖然有小小不足，沒有暖氣，馬上就安排換房，而且服務員態度很好，早餐豐富，味道還可以。一直都認住這品牌酒店

房間寬敞，最重要的是離桂林北站不到兩公里，北站租車取車都很方便。早餐也還可以，可能因為入住酒店的客人過多，而相應服務員速度有限，餐廳桌子的衞生情況有待提高。

環境衞生都差不多 但是服務比七星理工大學店差多了 我下單的時候看到有延時退房服務 到酒店時問前台退房時間，前台説12點退房並我是不是需要延時，我當時就表示我12點還在外面趕不回來，前台説給我延時到14點。
我第二天早上七點半就出門辦事，期間不能使用手機，12:20到酒店，刷卡開不了門，卡被停了，我打電話給前台，前台問我什麼時候退房，我説我整理一下就走了，前台説叫人上來給我開門，我在門口等了十幾分鍾，期間有個工作人員到了旁邊的房間檢查，我想問她能不能開門但是她檢查完旁邊的房間就直接走了，我以為是會有專人負責這種鎖卡的事情，所以沒有追上去詢問她。結果我打了第二個電話之後，還是這個檢查隔壁房間的工作人員來給我開的門。
一個是開房的時候前台説了給我延到14點，結果第二天沒有詢問的情況下，12點把我房卡鎖了，退房時間前後，其他酒店都會跟客人確認是否續住提醒客人退房時間的吧？這家居然直接鎖卡我也是醉了，大不了你收我延時退房的費用得了唄。再一個是酒店工作人員看到有客人等待在房門口，居然一點都不搭理，其他酒店不管是前台還是保潔阿姨，都會打招呼的，我第一次遇到這種，很差勁，再也不會再選這家店了。

很滿意的一次入住，來桂林出差的，沒想到酒店很新，裝修佈置簡單大方，裏面工作人員服務態度也很好。
