前台服務好，房間乾淨整潔，在酒店上面看下面有一種一覽眾山小的感覺，並且酒店離火車站很近，酒店對面在就是火車站，步行5分鐘左右就到了，出行方便樓下就是公交站、滴滴打車、出租車、服務態度好、來桂林玩休息一晚很不錯!

因為時間匆忙所以看着面積大就隨便下的單，除了酒店不容易找之外其他都挺好，帥哥店長還幫忙免費升級了房間，床鋪很乾凈，屋內沒有異味，淋浴水壓也很好，房裡的吹風機也好用，燒水壺燒好了可以自動保温，房間光線很好，左右兩個窗户可以打開約45度角，帶飄窗成年人可以平躺，兩張1.8米大床還放了一張沙發和茶几，依然很寬敞。不好的地方就是衞生間的水盆左側的角落裡還有上一個住户留下的牙膏蓋子，房間內沒有衞生紙，衹有一包未來開封的紙抽，一包已經打開的紙抽。希望阿姨以後打掃衞生的時候細心一點。

房間衞生還不錯，前台很熱情，還免費升級房間，工作人員態度非常好，需要幫忙也非常及時回覆

衞生條件太差，防盜門鎖是壞的，用一個簡易的防盜鎖，貓眼也是壞的用衞生紙堵住；衞生間沒有燈，浴室沒有清理，水漬都看到很厚的一層，感覺好久沒有清理過了，前台小姐姐還是很好，説話很温柔

房間大，空調夠涼，花灑夠大水，性價比高，但是衞生有點差哦，很多小蟑螂，睡覺前我都把東西塞包包和行李箱裏關好，怕蟑螂半夜爬上去。櫃枱小姐姐親切友善，所有問題熱心都熱心回答。

很不滿意這裏的環境，設施，安排。 首先，入住流程繁瑣，不滿意。我定的是大床房，在我到店之前並未通知我説大床房沒有了，上午水有問題，下午怎麼就來不就修呢？到店之後説幫我升級房型，就幫我升級成了雙床房！那我買大床房的意義何在？挺晚了，不想折騰就答應了。去到第一個房間，門的保險是壞的，門的安全鏈完全是斷的！燈也是昏暗的！看着這個門哪裡還敢入住！堅決再換一次。換到後，説是密碼輸入，還是雙床房！好吧，將就住吧，反正床是一樣大。 其次，環境問題。能敢相信嗎？飄窗的牆壁是發黴的！飄窗的墊子也是發黴的！剛進房間的時候味道也是怪怪的，不是清新的味道或者消毒水的味道！接着，去酒店就是為了好好休息的。但晚上是睡不着的！因為有好幾衹蚊子在耳邊嗡嗡的飛，躺下熄燈不到半小時，不知道是被蚊子叮的還是床單本身就不乾淨，腿上、腳上、胳膊山、腰上一共十幾個包！給誰還睡得着？給前台反應後換了床單和被套，沒再起那麼多疙瘩了，但蚊子還是有！説明酒店的床單和被子不乾淨！ 最後，酒店的設施真的很差！！我好久沒見過空調開了以後會轟隆隆的響！晚上哪裡還睡得着？反應那麼多問題還不給換房間。

設施破舊，服務囉嗦，衞生差，灰塵都堆起來了，白色的沙發也黑漆漆的，臟死了，位置更是難找，左繞右繞的，在一樓還得自己找人刷電梯，弄半天，去到前台更是麻煩，前台太囉嗦了，太垃圾
