The location is very good, right next to a lot of shopping places and restaurants.
The morning breakfast was VERY nice. There were not a huge lot of variety, but the food tastes very good, especially the Guilin rice noodle, done very well.
The front desk is helpful. We asked for smoke free rooms and they did their best to accomodate and we were satisfied.

很垃圾!攜程越來越沒底線了，評四鑽，雖攜程自己解釋四鑽不等於四星，但推薦時是四鑽/四星並列。實際上連星都不夠，妥妥的欺詐。
老舊黴不説，桌子上黏糊糊沒有清理，不知噁心吧唧的什麼東西，叫保潔臨時擦了桌子。插座不夠直接就是外接一個普通接線板掉在牆上，窗户外景樓頂竟然是垃圾場。
奇葩的是，凌晨五點停電，客服電話不通，樓道沒有應急燈，窄窄的樓道陰森森的。電梯沒有應急電源全停，爬疏散通道竟然沒有應急燈，不知消防是怎麼過關的，黑咕嚕咚照着手機爬上爬下。之後沖廁所的水都停了，上完大號發現沒水了 ，退房時也沒等到水來 ，衹能跟保潔説廁所還沒沖。
更噁心的是服務態度，到十多還沒有來電，前台沒有任何歉意。桂林這樣國家頂級旅遊城市，竟然有這麼垃圾的四鑽酒店，也真是奇葩。

又是走廊最後一間，設施陳舊，地毯都褪色了，電視遙控器不靈敏，有時候得有時候又不得，洗澡水挺大的，附近吃的多，油茶好好喝。
