"Hotel in het centrum van Gubbio, op slechts een paar minuten van de hoofdplein. Reine, geregelde en nieuwe kamers. Bad met douche douche. Ontbijt is zeer variabel, gerenoveerd en uitstekende. Geweldig de beschikbaarheid en vriendelijkheid van het personeel, dat ons zorgvuldig heeft ontvangen en volledig heeft voldaan aan alle behoeften. Ik zal zeker terugkomen!"

"Ik heb mijn voeten gebroken op dag 2 van de reis... en het hele personeel is achteruit gegaan om ons te helpen naar het ziekenhuis, wisselkamers, uit te breiden... enzovoort. We eten elke avond in de kamer, en het was prachtig... zo makkelijker dan om een restaurant te vinden. Het hele personeel ging uit om ons goed te behandelen."

"What a shocking hotel. Definitely not the 4 star as advertised. Firstly we were not contacted by the Hotel to inform us we would not be able to drive to it to drop off our luggage as there was a lot of roadworks and some of these were outside the Hotel. We had to park in the car park and drag our cases up the hill and finally up the very steep stone steps at the side of the Hotel. Very poor customer service. The room was supposed to be a superior room but it was very basic and the furniture and bathroom had seen better days. Our room was next to the breakfast room so we were awoken very early by crashing and banging of cutlery, plates, etc. All in all not a good experience and glad we were only there for 1 night. That said, the town of Gubbio is beautiful and worth a visit"

"Erg comfortabel hotel om Gubbio te bezoeken, helaas heeft geen privé parkeerplaats en je moet in de omgeving. Ruime kamers en de badkamer zelfs als ze een vernieuwing nodig hebben. Goed schoonmaken, zonde voor de volledig lege koelkast"
