Y.ZHI HOTEL

The location of the hotel was excellent. The front desk girl, employee #003 was very kind. She helped me book a taxi to the airport via Didi. Don't call a taxi without asking the fare first to a taxi driver in China. You would get ripped off!!

I recently stayed at 宜致 Hotel and wanted to share my honest review of the experience. While there were a couple of positive aspects, there were also several disappointing aspects that need to be addressed. Let's start with the positive sides. One of the highlights of the hotel is its convenient location. It is situated close to a variety of shops offering different food options. This made it easy for me to explore the local cuisine and find something to suit my taste buds. Additionally, I found the shower area at 宜致 Hotel to be modern and functional. It was equipped with the necessary amenities and provided a comfortable experience. The hotel deserves credit for maintaining a well-designed and practical shower space. Unfortunately, the negatives outweighed the positives during my stay. Firstly, there was a water leakage issue in the room, which resulted in a wet carpet. This not only created an unpleasant environment but also raised concerns about hygiene and maintenance. Furthermore, the refrigerator in the room was not working. This was quite inconvenient as I had expected to have a functional refrigerator to store perishable items. The lack of proper maintenance was disappointing and impacted the overall comfort of the stay. Another major issue was the noise from the neighborhood. The constant disturbance made it challenging to relax and get a good night's sleep. 宜致 Hotel should consider implementing measures to address this problem and ensure a peaceful environment for guests. Moreover, I was informed by the staff that my room had been upgraded, and they requested a review in return. However, upon entering the room, I failed to notice any significant difference or improvement. It was disappointing to feel misled by such false promises. Lastly, the amenities were not adequately refilled during my stay. This lack of attention to detail impacted the overall experience. Considering the availability of better options in the city, it would be wise for 宜致 Hotel to improve its amenities and ensure a more satisfactory guest experience. In conclusion, my stay at 宜致 Hotel had its ups and downs. While the proximity to various food shops and the functional shower area were positive aspects, the water leakage, non-functional refrigerator, neighborhood noise, lack of room upgrade, and insufficiently refilled amenities were disappointing. I hope the hotel management of 宜致 Hotel takes these comments into consideration and works towards improving the overall guest experience.

This is a great hotel in the middle of Guangzhou. It was clean and a nice relaxing atmosphere. It pretty much looks like the picture. The staff does not speak English, but they were friendly. I added their wechat and communication was easy. A few things to clear up. The hotel IS easy to find. I almost did not take this hotel, because everybody said it was difficult to find. You can see it from the Main Street. Yes, taxi won’t go directly to the hotel unless you specifically request. But from the main road to the hotel is literally 10 seconds haha. I do have one complaint. I selected a room with a refrigerator because I like my drinks cold. But the refrigerator didn’t work. From what I understand non of the refrigerators worked. I paid extra for it. And the view was of a side of a building. But besides that., it was a great hotel. If I decide to come to GZ again, I will be staying here.

Good services and clean

Location is good , hotel simple . Gym very small amd old equipment. Overall is ok. Room is clean enough

Bad smell out of air conditioning. We booked a non smoking room but we smell some smoke inside our room. Location very good: close to metro and taxi easy to go to canton fair. Service not so good.. bad communication and not agree to promises. Amenities could be better: they served fresh fruit but we only received 1 due to poor communication.

This is a new hotel chain, everything is super clean and very nice, beautifully designed! The price is more than affordable for what you get. Loved it! Now I'm looking for this chain in each city I travel to in China.

The room is clean and spacious. Breakfast also has a good selection. The location is also conveniently located in central Guangzhou. Will stay here again next time.
