James Joyce Coffetel Hotel (Guangzhou Beijing Road Metro Station Pedestrian Street)

Recommend this hotel for who is planning to travel by subway in Guangzhou !!! Good location, near to Beijing Lu station , B exit around 2 minutes by walk. This hotel is clean and well maintained, the real place just exactly same as advertising photo, good service but not all the staff can speak English. I stayed here with my mom who is 62 years old for 3 nights during 22nd April-25th April 2024, I got pretty good price and with all of above-mentioned experiences, so we love this hotel and recommend to you as well !!

The hotel's check-in experience is very good, the front desk Xiaoyu's service is very good and warm, the hotel's location is excellent, and the travel is convenient. Recommended!

Xiao yu was extremtly helpful with helping my friend to locate her parcels which she bought from taobao. THE STAY was pleasant as this is not the 1st time we stayed here.HOWEVER some areas to improve , example they could have better storing place for guest shopping bags or parcels send to hotel being quite spacious n used area but instead stored next to the counter .Right now , they will just ask ourself to look n locate your own parcels and also will not know anything with regards to any lost parcels Some counter staffs are not friendly at all .The service from the staffs are very inconsistent. Many rooms for improvements , including the Manager has also attitude issue and you could also see some scolding or argument among themselves at the front counter.We do like it here as it is aesthically beautiful, rooms are also comfortable , location is good .We will come back again. As for the counter staffs , if all have right mindset like xiao yu, it will be perfect place to stay

Overall is very good. The room soundproof is not so strong, can hear the train passby from the room, some noises from the ventilation. There is only one lift, so maybe need to wait for a while

Stylish Hotel with very good design in all area including reception, lobby, common area and room. Very good location to city area

Kiaoyu service is very good. The surrounding is near the Beijinglu Road. Very recommend 👍

Amazing location, near Beijing Road where there are shopping malls and eateries. The hotel serves iced/hot americano as welcoming drinks. The hotel rooms were true to the pictures shown online. Just note that there are no fridge in the rooms so we have to place our cold drinks at the lobby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I will definitely recommend this hotel!

Love the details. We're amazed with the hotel lobby decorations, library and barbershop design. Every guest will get a cup of freshly-grind-coffee with Americano Style. I upgraded my coffee with cappuccino with extra ¥13. I have a box, need to be sent, and the reception helped me to arrange the courrier(shipment) pickup. We stayed at the cheapest room in this hotel, standard room with no window. #330. But the room was quite nice. Only one thing, the bed is too short for us. FIY, we are Asian couple. Overall, nice hotel. Surely will be back.
