It’s so great to have a 2 nights 3 days vacation in the resort. Bulter service is good! Buffet breakfast is not much variety! Gym room is fun. If there is a water dispenser provided would be fantastic!Overall services is excellent! Surrounding area is beautiful! Lots of other facilities are available in the surrounding area. If a guiding application with the resort & surrounding facilities provided would be super!

My husband and I had an amazing time at this hotel!! The hotel attendants were beyond attentive, pleasant and very helpful. The hotel was so well maintained and it was clean. Breakfast was amazing, the grounds were beautiful and the hot springs pool was so relaxing. It was worth every penny and more. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a romantic getaway, a bonding experience with friends or to celebrate a special occasion.

The hotel was amazing. Extremely beautiful, the location was very calm, hotel staff was very nice. The room was also very big, clean, and had an espresso machine! Although this hotel is expensive, I really do think that you are getting what you pay for. Also, the breakfast was really good as well. The hot tub was also great, it only took around 10 minutes to fill and it was already really hot!

第二次來鴨洞河這邊玩了，第一次入住這家酒店，就在鴨洞河河邊，不需要過橋。酒店傍晚拍照超出片，入住以後就有專門的管家帶到客房，需要補充什麼東西都反應的很及時，接待我們的是小康管家，就算是節假日旺季，全程都服務得很到位。酒店還有自己特產的荔枝紅茶口感不澀又恨香，好喝！

五一期間帶娃去玩，看中了酒店就在河邊的這個環境，可惜最近大雨水漲，水急，不能下去玩，衹能在旁邊石階踢踢水，不過環境還是很舒服。我們住一樓的房間，有温泉泡池，外面就是河邊，晚上還能看到煙花，很贊！酒店服務態度挺好的，人不算多，感覺放鬆，管家小康服務很好

兩年後再次入住上水酒店，沒想到還是兩年前同一個管家小康，服務也還是一如既往貼心，每天都有温馨問候和了解房間物資是否需要補充。農家菜外賣可以直接送到房門口，而且酒店外的大草坪也多了幾個小吃飲品攤檔，方便大家在附近玩耍後休息。很適合度假休息。
