Rainbow called me just now and asked for my overall feedback on the hotel. I had a positive experience with stay in the Sheraton hotel and I want to emphasis the following points for good record sake.
1) Check-in and overall services from the front desk were seamless and efficient. There was added security at night time to ensure that individuals will need to register before going back to the room.
2) The room was in great condition and as promised, it was a non-smoking room
3) Unfortunately, my schedule was pretty occupied so I was not able to visit any of the restaurants in the hotel
Last but not least, Sheraton never disappointed and I will stay there again on my next visit to Guangzhou. Keep up the excellent services.

Was very lucky to get a free upgrade. But even if not, the hotel is so nice, very clean, polite staff, and good location in the heart of Panyu district CBD.

Sheraton is not my first time to stay with, this hotel is new and location is fantastic in Panyu. Room facilities is in good condition except the bath tape. However, the staff service is worser than expected in 5 star hotel. Reception no one answered the phone, check in counter and guest service normal courtesy was absent. Their service are even worser than the lower grand hotel staff. Conclusion is good hotel facilities but fair service offered.

excellent location, just 2 mins walk from the heart of area, the famous street full of good restaurants and the best mall around the area, either taxi or subway to the zoo nearby is easy and concenient. the staff are all helpful and cheerful, very nice experience
