Hiphop International Business Apartment (Guangzhou Changgang)

This is an old apartment rooms located in a terrible location of a busy business building. The terrible thing is the locational distance of the front desk and the rooms. The front desk is located on the 18th floors in a different building and the apartment is located in another side of the building. To reach there you need to choose a different elevator to front desk and from there you have to change the elevator to the apartment rooms. The changes of elevator will take long waiting, especially in the business hours you have to wait for long time. The room which I have got is very old and poorly maintained. A bad smells comes out of the kitchen and the toilet. The Room and the toilet was not cleaned properly. While I was checked in the midnight I found that There were uncleared tea cups and The door handles were broken also. Front desk people’s response was not friendly they were always busy with their favourite video movies in their mobile phones. I don’t know how such dirty and unprofessional hotels are getting above 4 points. I would like to advise the English/ foreign speaking travellers please don’t choose such properties which will spoil your valuable days.

必須給酒店一個大大的好評！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就被它的精緻所吸引。房間佈置得温馨舒適，各種細節都考慮周到。工作人員專業又熱情，有求必應。酒店的位置也很便利，出行無憂。總之，在這裏住得非常舒心，值得推薦。

很臟。一開始給我們開了一間房間，裏面真的很臟而且破破爛爛，濕濕臭臭的，打給前台問能不能退房不住了，也不行，給我們換了兩間房選擇。換的這兩間也是臟臟的，邊邊角角都是污跡和之前客人用過的痕跡，房間很壓抑。 設施很爛。勉強選了間比較空的，沒有那麼多牆壁裝飾的，但是裏面的設施真的是用不下去，熱水器不是打開就有熱水的，還需要燒水，好！燒了半個小時，一淋濕，過一分鐘又變冷了，就又披着毛巾等熱水，簡直崩潰，兩個人洗澡都要兩個小時...風筒感覺是準備爆炸的，很大聲，吹着吹着就會轟隆轟隆隨時要爆開的感覺，不敢用.. 反正到處都是爛爛的臭臭的臟臟的，根本用不下去，又不能退房...yue ps這個燈也是壞的

本來訂的是房間是雙床房，前台沒有和我們商量下自行調成大床房，等我們上去房間後發現不是後才和我們説是沒有雙床房改成大床房，已經和我們升級過了:大床+窗台，窗台也沒有給我們準備好三件套，和我們説一會就過來鋪，但起碼有等半個小時，實在等不及後打電話去前台，才過來加上。但是房間衞生糟糕，洗手枱底下的櫃子像是沒擦過一樣，櫃側面脱落，因為是大床房，衞生間也沒有門，對於我們一家三口很不方便。雖是地理位置好，但設施真的不值這個價
