先説唯一的好處就是交通方便
附近有很多類似的公寓
1.網站上寫的地址跟實際住的地方不是一個地方
2.房間設施舊舊臟臟的，燈泡四顆衹亮三顆
3.打掃的也不仔細，有前一個房客留下來的寶特瓶
4.熱水器忽冷忽熱，洗澡10分鐘要調好幾次水温
5.衞生環境差，有蟑螂
6.如果住的樓層高，電梯要搭很久
剛好訂的時候遇上交流會房價漲到一晚800多rmb，不然就衹是一晚200多rmb 的水平

首先，出了地鐵站，公寓登記的地方很難找！
登記的地方跟住的地方，不是一棟樓，服務員就給一張卡，告訴你幾棟，自己去找，沒人帶的！
公寓的衞生，床，面積還好。
交通方便，離萬盛圍 很近。
周邊吃飯很方便！
離廣交會一個站！
最好是兩個人住，一個人有點怕的，服務員不知道在哪的。

公司派來廣州出差，就近選了家酒店。價格很優惠，本來不報什麼希望，能睡就行。但是房間什麼都有，還有洗衣機耶。我最喜歡的還是那個大飄窗，能看夜景。非常好看，住這家酒店性價比很高，值得推薦，下次有機會再開廣州，再光顧這家酒店。

來廣州出差，抱着試試看的想法訂了這家酒店。沒想到簡直出乎意料，房間配置真的很像家一樣。也太温馨了吧!衞生很也很乾凈讓我超愛的是大飄窗，晚上坐窗邊也太舒適了吧，住了好幾天，每天都有阿姨來搞衞生補充物品。不可思議的是這家酒店房間居然有洗衣機，對於出差要住好幾天的人簡直太完美了！

以前對酒店公寓不是很感冒，最近過來這邊出差，發現真的物超所值！！！
第一，離琶洲會展中心就一個站，配套比琶洲好太多了！
第二，房間大，又安靜，主要是價格親民！
第三，下面就是商場，方便！

整體是OK的，床很舒服，電視也很大：
可能因為展會原因，給我自己安排的雙床房，一住就是三晚還沒得換；
房間內應該配備洗手液，尤其是疫情這種特殊時期，成本並不高；
淋浴間太小，對於我這種186身高的人洗澡很困難，希望以後再住可以給安排的更好一些吧
