Zongde Hotel

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my 7 years in China. Though this hotel is located in a very accessible area, the service was really bad. The first room we booked was very stuffy and immediately you get into the washroom you begin to itch. I complained immediately and the receptionist on duty during the night shift (CiCi) was very helpful by changing the room for us. She was really helpful, with information on COVID-19 testing centers and even completing the sukang code for my family. We had an interview the next morning and couldn't get a pressing iron to press our clothes. The day receptionist couldn't even point us to where we could buy a new pressing iron or even to a laundry shop to press our clothes. We used the whole day roaming to buy a pressing iron. I sincerely don't know who employed him but he was very awful 😕. I couldn't connect my laptop to the hotel's wifi to have a meeting, if I hadn't gotten data on my phone to hotspot it'd have been a disaster 😕. We had to virtually beg the cleaner to clean our rooms, change the sheets and dispose of the rubbish. Our experience in this hotel is unspeakable. I wish they change their attitude to cleanliness and better customer service. We're lucky we met Cici, she made our stay a bit tolerable. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

They gave me the dirty room at the beginning by mistake and once I asked them to change it. They did. The location was good in downtown.

I liked this hotel for its price but it honestly was way better than I expected. The staff are nice and even helped do a Covid test nearby. So nice!

此賓館屬於是掛羊頭賣狗肉的類型。圖片的賓館是實體店的賓館天差之別，床上有蟑螂，把小孩嚇得半死。地下有十幾衹小的蟑螂。屋裡也沒有贈送礦泉水，但訂單上是顯示贈送的。拍的時候是顯示2米4的大床，未經同意，改為兩個小床，客服也沒提前説。吹風筒，毛巾都沒有。標配的拖鞋衹有三衹。電話是壞的，而且好厚的灰塵，火災逃生面罩也是打開的，而且是破裂的，都衹是起着着擺設而已。前台客服服務很差勁，愛理不理的，和她要求拿多一個枕頭，那個前台人也很生硬的説沒有。前台走廊到處擺着快遞包裹 ，攜程網上賓館的門面是很大的，但是實體到達時小的要命，找了半天都找不到，根本是貨不對版，存在着欺瞞誆騙的情況，況且378元的價格也不屬於很是很便宜的價格，所以真的是糟透了的一次體驗，把真實的情況寫出來，是以防大家再次上當受騙。攜程平台真的要好好整頓下，管一管。

不錯，位置很好，停車也方便。朋友住的都很開心。離北路路逛街很近，吃啥都方便。特別好。推薦入住。價格也不貴。

El sitio está muy bien, la localización es perfecta. Si chapurreas el chino no tendrás ningún problema. El baño y todo están recheveres. Como amante de los animales he de reconocer que me hizo ilusión encontrarme una pequeña (igual no tan pequeña) rata a la salida del ascensor, pero quitando eso todo genial.

第一，房間不乾淨，第二，房間連擦嘴的紙巾都沒有，第三，毛巾不乾淨，有黃漬，第四，沒有吹風桶，第五，房間拖鞋好臭，總之，真的真的太差，感覺除了離北京路近一點點沒有其他任何優勢，別為了省個百塊錢去定，早知道多花百塊錢定其他的了，真的….無語，真心建議大家哈～
