Гостиница хорошая, номера просторные, уборка и сервис на 5 (подарочки и фруктики), есть все от мыла и шампуня, до лосьонов для тела и всяких умывашек (удобно), но расположение просто ужасное. 40 минут пешком до станции метро, не все таксисты соглашаются из центра везти так далеко.

之前在其他地方出差有住過這個品牌，一直覺得美豪麗致酒店很不錯，第一印象就是温馨，乾淨，漂亮，黃埔這家店位置很好找，還有免費的停車場負一負二還有地面都能停車，開車過來就很方便，酒店大堂很大很乾凈，香薰味道很好聞，剛走進來酒店感覺一天下來的疲勞感都沒有了，前台小哥哥焜培和客服小姐姐雪林個個都好有禮貌也特別熱情，服務特別好，辦入住時候還很貼心的提供了熱毛巾擦手還有很多種茶水，特別細心的和我説酒店的早餐位置、時間、洗衣房、健身房在哪，前台左手邊還有個小物品框，像出差經常可以用到的蒸汽眼罩、暖寶寶、小紙巾之類，很貼心的細節，還有眼鏡布耳塞跟花露水刮鬍刀等等、住客都是可以免費用的，很方便的，小姐姐還一路送我到房間，進電梯時也很貼心幫我擋一下電梯門，讓我很感動，中途也有熱情的跟我介紹酒店及周邊，也有詢問我是過來出差還是旅遊，好給我更精準的介紹酒店周邊，讓我感覺沒有那麼無聊，進到房間裏面房間還佈置了果盤點心，還有鮮花。上面還手寫了張歡迎小卡片，這得要花多長的時間去寫那麼多的信啊，很感動，房間很大，住着很安逸，床墊很舒適啊，躺下就想睡覺了，真的應了她們辦理入住給我茶水時那句話：歡迎回家，真的有一種回家的感覺，晚上還有客服小姐姐給我送來了糖水和牛奶等，這服務沒得説，超級棒!房間裏衞生間都是做了乾濕分離的，很乾凈，不得不讚一個。

酒店的服務態度非常出色，環境安靜舒適，客服玉香禮貌周到，讓人感受到無微不至的關懷。此外，酒店還提供了健身房、洗衣房、商務打印等一系列設施，商務出差非常方便。

和同事這次來廣州出差連住了兩天，酒店房間乾淨整潔，空間佈局合理，一樓的休息區還提供免費打印，對商務出差很友好，早餐也還可以，各方面體驗都蠻不錯，尤其點贊玉香管家的服務周到熱情，有材料需要打印，半夜了還幫我打好。停車免費也方便，打車也好打。管家小姐姐還推薦了附近很好吃的店。下次有機會再來入住的。

剛好是來廣州這邊出差，公司就在附近，以前也有住過，體驗非常棒，環境很安靜，設施完善，服務員小高和燕芳會主動詢問入住感受，主動熱情的服務，讓我有一種賓至如歸的感覺，以後還會選擇來這裏的。
