Waren hier voor de Canton fair, en hoewel de voorkant er niet uitnodigend uitzag, was de kwaliteit eigenlijk prima. Ruime kamers en een goed ontbijt, wat wel hoofdzakelijk op Chinese gasten is gericht. Voor het ontbijt kregen we vouchers waar vervolgens niemand naar vroeg. Bij de receptie op de vijfde etage is een soort dakterras gecreëerd waar je in de avond heerlijk buiten kunt zitten. Al met al een prima ervaring.

設施：樓下緊挨着垃圾站，一股垃圾場的味道。酒店車輛出入口就在垃圾場旁邊，奈何閘口總出問題，聞了不少臭味。
説是有免費停車場，實際車位非常少，入住時沒有車位等了半個小時才把車開進去。住的兩天都不敢把車開出去，怕晚上回來沒車位。
環境：樓下是一條街的底商，但是沒啥好吃的東西，反而非常臟亂差。試着買了些小吃，不好吃。
酒店前台在5樓，等電梯非常花時間，電梯很小很擁擠。
房間很小，層高很低，就是小賓館。
衞生：充斥着一股濃烈的香調，房間很潮濕，地毯比較臟。
服務：服務態度還可以，但是解決問題的效率太低，比如停車場閘口不靈光就是不給開，落了東西客房也沒給打電話自己收着了，簡直了。
退房時要求給評價，直接回復不方便。可見之前的好評水分很大。
總之很後悔定了這家酒店。

停車場車位少不説，還賊難停車，很容易刮蹭。亂收停車費，16塊錢一個小時。還上不封頂。拴Q

前台服務態度差，做事無流程，一個事項未解決又去解決其他事項。發票開具也很麻煩，區分網上線下，網上無法開具專票，出差請注意。

入住體驗非常差，沒有停車位，還要停去其他停車場，説給報銷，報銷的時候衹報銷一部分，前台一問三不知，總説自己新來的，不太清楚，非常惱火

600多的酒店，一塌糊塗
1.房間一股黴臭味，打了電話説派人來，人就沒來過。
2.第二天上午酒店來電話問續住嘛，一拿電話，半截避孕套包裝，噁心死了。就是沒打掃消毒。
3.第一晚上我要兩張房卡，酒店説沒有卡了，朋友在房間裏，我上下樓叫前台刷電梯卡，叫半天才來。
這種酒店，這個價格，不嫌臭的都去吧，不嫌臟的都去吧。還精品酒店。

Great hotel in excellent location. Friendly staff and good breakfast until 10. Fairly small lifts that get busy, but it works. Nice bar and outdoor area as well. The location that the map gives is wrong, the real location is about 50 m south on the same road

Friendly staff, central location at a decent price. However, they do not have any proper king beds, they are just two doubles pushed together with two double duvets. They seem to put you in random rooms, as we only got the room we originally booked on the third try. While the hotel is meant to be non-smoking, it still happens and you can smell it from time to time. It is not a smart hotel, i.e. no smart toilet, no robot (food has to be collected from downstairs) and while it was opened only a few years ago, they rooms have not been well maintained and are already showing age
It is ok for a couple days but we won't be back as there are so many other options at this price point.
