The staff is helpful.
The hotel location is good, there is subway in 10 min walk from the hotel, there are a lot of shopping malls and stores around.
It’s clean and spacious.

This would be a good place for families. It’s set up for that. Had laundry and what you needed to warm milk.

My family and I recently stayed at 廣州叢林大象酒店 and I have to say that it was an excellent experience. From the moment we checked in, the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. What really impressed me, however, was how child-friendly the hotel was. My kids loved the animal-themed decor and the play area, which kept them entertained for hours. Overall, I would highly recommend 廣州叢林大象酒店 to anyone traveling with children, as it is one of the best family-friendly hotels I have ever stayed in."

感覺被攜程欺騙。訂了不好的酒店，體驗不好。
不應該有4星/4鑽。看像2/3星的公寓。
有點破舊，沒有大堂，前台在10樓，其他樓層都是另一家酒店。出入不方便，差不多20樓層的大廈，衹有一部電梯，而且是用來運貨的，等電梯等到朋友圈都看完了，等太久。
馬桶沖三遍才乾淨，隔音不好。
洗澡的有門都不能隔水，全地都是水。
洗手間很暗，燈帶壞掉，需要化粧的不要來。
冰箱都是壞的。

什麼酒店？就一招待所，地方偏又不好找，下的士後也要走十幾分鍾才到（不懂路的得走二三十分鐘），然後大廈裏面有其他酒店、月子中心等等，人來人往，物資推上推下，電梯層層停，起碼等個十分鐘以上，汗流浹背的，最重要是不守信，説好開發票給我的沒開（走私漏税可是違法的喔）

家庭親子房不錯，小朋友很喜歡上下鋪加滑滑梯的床，玩🉐甚至不想出門了，還有免費的小童推車可以借。工作人員服務態度也好，幫忙拿外賣，耐心解答疑問，退房的時候還送了袋鼠玩偶，小朋友很喜歡，周圍吃東西逛這些也比較方便。就是房間稍微舊了一點點，上下鋪床小朋友要注意不要撞到了，總體來説好評！
