The location is great. The room facilities are old, very different from the pictures provided by the hotel. To take the elevator to your room, you need help from the front desk to swipe the elevator card. During the three days we stayed, on two nights when we came back, we couldn't see the front desk and had to call and wait for the front desk to come and swipe the elevator card. The overall service attitude at the front desk is good, especially the two ladies. If you are looking for convenience, this hotel is okay, but if you are looking for a vacation, this hotel will greatly reduce your vacation experience.

上次來廣州還是2020年的春節，匆匆趕回家，四年沒有來了。趁着孩子寒假沒開學，趕緊來待幾天。到廣州必住御東雅苑，一如既往的好。感謝前台的美女慧婷，幫忙安排了最可心的房間，四年沒見的慧婷現已初為人母，幸福滿滿真好！打掃衞生的阿姨還是以前的，和她聊天也好親切。推薦大家來住這裏，家一般的舒適，更可心的是交通便利，而且樓下的餐飲很多，是地道的當地小吃，銀記腸粉，石磨老爹…都是老字號非遺傳承，葯店超市也很多。還有就是百靈路對面的“百好”小便利店，老闆是愛貓人士，這些年來養過1000多衹貓，買水呀什麼的都很優惠。

第一次住酒店公寓，除了窗外交通噪音大影響睡眠、朝北不見陽光外，整體上還過得去。
1、位置好，在中山堂地鐵站旁邊，交通方便。離北京路步行街、中山紀念堂、越秀公園很近。
2、房價大，設施比較齊全。一樓客廳、廚房、衞生間，有洗菜池、冰箱、微波爐、電磁爐，可做飯。有帶烘乾的洗衣機，洗衣服很方便。二樓兩個卧室，主卧有窗户、有門。次卧無窗户和門。客廳、主卧、次卧獨立空調，不過空調噪音太大，睡覺時要關上。
3、服務有好有差。前台帥哥很好👍。每天打掃房間的人員也不錯。
4、環境不太好。牆壁破舊。浴巾、毛巾該換新的了，稍用勁就可以扯爛。最大的問題是，窗户朝北，不見陽光，窗外是東西和南北兩條主幹道，交通噪音很大，車輪滾滾，嚴重影響睡眠和生活。

過年帶着爸媽一起來廣州玩，一眼就看中上下兩個浴室的御東雅苑。總體來説還是不錯的，如果洗澡時間再長一點就更好了！
衞生：打掃衞生的阿姨打掃的很乾凈，服務態度超級好！
環境：酒店出行方便，距離地鐵站很近，打車也很方便！
服務：每次上樓都需要前台服務人員刷卡，他們服務態度好好。入住時，洗手盆的龍頭鬆動了，大過年的師傅還去外面想買到配件，雖然最終沒買到，但是還是很感謝師傅如此敬業！
設施：就是酒店的洗澡時間對長頭髮的女生來説很不友好，15分鐘時間真的好短，洗完頭沒熱水了，還要再等10分鐘，硬生生的凍感冒了😷

複式樓最大的問題就是樓層太矮了，其他的都沒啥問題。前台也很負責，每次都幫忙開門。車沒法開進來，需要走一段距離。

提前一點去到了，前台幫我們升級了親子房，馬上就能入住。環境贊，
設施：算是大牌電器，洗烘一體機，微波爐，電磁爐點贊贊
衞生：滿分
環境：房間環境滿分，隔音很好。周邊特方便，對面就是紀念堂和地鐵

環境好，服務好，不知道棉被及床罩有沒有及時更換，像我這樣講究衞生的人，睡了一週的被子及床裖還是看不出是用過🤣🤣🤣☺️☺️希望每一攤客人退房之後更換。客廳除沙發之外，衹有一衹凳子，少一點。
