Beautiful hotel with super comfy bed and great amenities. Convenient location. A real laundry room and real gym. However, the true gem is the staff. They went above and beyond to give me a lovely stay. And when the hospital botched my nucleic acid test (by entering the wrong passport number), the manager and her colleague both walked me to a testing site in the community—and stayed with me through the process. Absolutely recommend.

Overall great hotel. Bed was very comfortable & the staff were lovely. Only thing that let the hotel down was the amenities. But they are not needed as much when you are in the beautiful city of Guangzhou
