Grandview Golden Palace Weifudun Apartment (Zhengjia Plaza, Zhujiang New Town)

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Trip.com. The images displayed on their website and the actual condition of the hotel room worlds' apart (see attached photos). I made a reservation for a Duplex Family Room with three beds for a two-night stay, but the condition of the room was so bad, we check out the very next morning. The rooms are aged and poorly maintained, emitting an unpleasant odor of urine throughout. The appliances in the room were not only incredibly dirty but also in such a state that they were essentially unusable and beds are terrible as well. To make matters worse, accessing the rooms was a cumbersome process. First, one must take the elevator to the 23rd floor, exit it, and then proceed through a separate security gate, requiring yet another key card to access another elevator leading to the rooms. This made it quite inconvenient, especially when dealing with luggage, and the wait times for the elevators were exceedingly long. I strongly advise avoiding this establishment when considering your accommodation options.

The location is very good , directly next to Marriott hotel and GrandView Mall and the view from rooms is good and big enough , also have fridge and washing machine. But the building elevator is busy during the day, also need to take care more for rooms cleanliness, specially bathroom.

It really a great location Walkkng distance to 5 different malls and underground mall with lots of food choices and shopping. Stay wose, for the price is considerably good. But facilities are old so you cant expect too much.

I had a great experience. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the kitchen had all the necessary amenities. Overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
