Hotel was mooi, oud en voorzien van vloerbedekking, maar niet slecht gezien de prijs, de hete lente was een beetje teleurstellend, niet veel opties, en ze waren heter dan normaal!
Het ontbijt is helemaal niet de moeite waard, het restaurant serveert alleen Chinese gerechten, wat ons prima beviel.
Zorg voor een voorhoede aan de overkant van de weg.
Ik zou zeggen een leuk uitje van één nacht.

Toiletries are nuce. The tub is a bit small. There iare no laundry services on the premise. The gym is nice but not especially clean or well managed. The springs are small but fragrant. The restaurant is expensive and service is slow. There iis a nice restaurant and a new little grocery store near the hotel. The environment is friendly. The location is not close to train stations but there is a bus stop across the street and a metro about a 30 minute walk from the hotel. Overall, it is a nice place with very good customer service. Howver, the rooms need to be thoroughly cleaned between guests. There was debris undery bed which makes one uncomfortable.

We stayed in this hotel for friends retreat. Even though the hotel rooms are a bit old and some things were broken, I would rate it as 5⭐️ hotel anyway. Each room has a bathtub and comfy bed and wifi is running everywhere. Their indoor swimming pool and HOT SPRINGS are amazing!!! You can choose from many different kinds of hot springs. Breakfasts are ok, I would welcome more western choices and more fruits, but the choices were ok. I would definitely recomend this hotel to all my friends and we will come again.

服務：前台小穎 服務態度非常好，有問必答，耐心和熱情真的比很多七星級酒店還要好👌夏灣拿環境很好，酒店有點年份了，設施相對來説比較老舊，勝在性價比高啊！還可以去附近踏青，採摘嘉寶果，安逸的很勒～晚上還能在酒店門口逛逛小吃～還可以去濕地公園撈撈小魚🐟

設施：幾年前過來流溪河看梅花的時候在這裏住過。這次再過來酒店還是差不多，設施維護還不錯。
衞生：房間和餐廳衞生還可以，就是有點老舊，電梯間有些異味。
環境：周邊環境好，能夠徒步濕地公園，臨近流溪河，空氣不錯，適合放鬆遛娃。

今天住的帶陽台的房間。房間除了設施舊了一點，其他還好。畢竟經常出門又是近郊開車方便。自帶一些一次性東西。毛巾，燒水壺，大毛毯，拖鞋…
第一天的房間沖涼房門都不敢大力推拉，推門都咔咔聲。空調槓槓的，就是對着頭吹，一整晚沒睡好。房間掛在電視機邊的路由器燈光閃了一晚。沖涼房的窗簾合不上，衹好拿浴巾掛沖涼房門上。第二天的房間馬桶下水不是十分通暢。整體衞生還是OK的。
前台的MM們真心很熱情，笑容滿面。不管是為了完成獎勵還是其他，證明服務管理還是OK的。這已經在很多酒店裡看不到的服務意識。

離廣州一小時車程，酒店客房挺多，但活動地方不大，房間乾淨，外面可以走走湖邊，歺廳套歺不錯，點了羊肉煲，肉很多，味道也不錯，附近有間聚好味點心也很好。不過有點無聊，玩兩天一夜就可以。性價比還是高的，畢竟温泉酒店這個價真的很划算。閑時過來住一下，發發呆。
