Kind staff. Good air.
Too many mosquito in room.
We have 4,6 age chilren. At the restaurant If you have two children, you must pay more one person even if they are lower than 120cm.
Hotel rule, 1 room only one child free. If you have 2 baby dont go hotel resturant. I have been visited too many hotels but this is first time. If I have two children so need to pay one nore , I agree. But hotel regulation like this ,it will be unfair.
Indoor pool is big. Good.

A nice hotel to stay at had an amazing heated pool, good breakfast, afternoon tea, and mostly friendly and helpful staff.

Used to be a great hotel. I visited this place 10 years back that time it was amazing.
This time, it’s annoys they didn’t change furniture/ carpets or beddings for a decade. Some lightings are broken.
Anyway not bad ~ but could be better with some small efforts.

Good for spend weekend at winter and summer time.
A lot things explore around hotel, good swimming pool and another facilities. Breakfast just regular. Room nice and bright with good view.

所見的每一位服務工作者都非常有禮貌，衹要遇見客人立即打招呼，熱情有禮，禮貌誠懇。整個園區的衞生狀況處理的比較到位，因為現在園區裏的客房在進行大面積裝修，裝修的地方都進行大面積圍蔽，噪音量在可接受範圍。 房間裏的衞生非常乾淨，床鋪整潔，窗明機凈。 洗漱用品質量好，淋浴間裏設定石凳可以坐着洗浴。 早餐很豐盛，我的訂單包含中廚晚餐，分量充足，菜品的味道還不錯。 晚餐後回到房間發現有小驚喜，兩碗紅棗枸杞桂圓糖水。

酒店很大氣，房間寬敞，設計用心，裝飾繁複，符合主題。入住後立刻奉上迷你吧，有飲料水果小零食，好貼心。就是總體感覺偏舊了點，走廊地毯有點臟臟的。
門前有暢玩的旋轉木馬，體驗了一把童心未泯。意大利餐廳往裡走到盡頭就是健身室，雨天正好方便鍛鍊。
下午稍作休息就坐專車上九龍湖生態公園，上下車服務周到。公園走道比較生態原始，最好早上開始才能走完環湖。從國王酒店望下去，峯巒疊嶂，煙霧飄渺，山下水庫如綠寶石一樣，風景極好，心情舒暢。
晚上回到酒店竟然還有糖水送來， 雖然味道一般，但是心意夠足。
總體行程滿意開心^O^
