還可以，就是第一次去不太好找，降温的時候有的房間有點冷，是類似有點複式那種公寓自己改裝的，會有工作人員搬箱子，不然有點困難，服務態度很好，作為住長隆前一晚過度還可以

飛機晚點提前打電話説了很晚才能到，要夜裡二點左右，回答很好什麼時候來都沒事，但是夜裡3點多到，打電話問公寓在那，就不耐煩了心不清就掛了，關鍵還不是普通話也可能沒睡醒聽不完全明白，後根據手機定單找到3棟15樓房間號，又打電話，先沒接，又打，就説這麼晚為什麼不提前把開房密碼要來，（我確實不知道還可以提前要開房密碼，還以為24有人接待）後發來是9棟的房號，夜裡找了快半小時才找到9棟（衹能説靜棲公寓比較大3-9棟可能都是他家的，我認為這公寓可能是在一個園區比較大光3棟出租車駕駛員幫了有20分鐘後來找9棟帶小孩拖二箱子找了近30分鐘）本人第一次來廣州感受到大都市市的不尋常……但是進去後這價位在南京衹能是100以下的房，除了有個鞦韆孩子喜歡，什麼不是，對了還有個我見過最小的按摩椅，都掉皮了，有圖，床也有圖

環境很一般，很舊，感覺臟臟的
住完讓開發票，態度惡劣，五天沒把一張發票開好，電話不接，微信不回，體驗感非常差。有一説一環境確實不咋滴。

住過最垃圾的，給個房間鎖密碼讓自己找。全程看不見人，給我的房子不是我要的。就又給我一個密碼去另外一個小區找，找了半天帶個孩子。熱得要死。開不開門。讓他過來給我開門説我過去都要好久。你慢慢試。最後一直髮新密碼，有一個成功了，衞生也一般。廁所不透氣有異味。體驗很差

衞生太糟糕了，滿地蟑螂到處跑，床單臟，孩子脖子都長孢，不知道被什麼蟲子咬。另外，雖説離熊貓酒店和動物園近，但仍要另外叫車，無法步行。和老闆反饋問題，結果一笑而過。

房間光線還不錯，帶小孩子過來住，衞生還是一般，疫情期間應該配有洗手液會更衞生。進去的密碼我們連住兩天也是發在手機上不能進行更改。安全感覺會也有點問題。如果能改就更好。去長隆還是需要出門就打車，不是很方便，最主要是附近都在修路，實在是太亂了。其他總體還可以。還有小孩子牙刷。

非常氣憤。第一，我們衝著鞦韆訂的他們家的房間，結果房間裏沒有秋千。房頂有掛過鞦韆的痕跡，估計是壞了然後拆掉了。跟服務員反饋，含糊着就帶過了。第二，房間非常矮，層高兩米不到吧。非常壓抑逼仄。

在小區裏面，定位不準，非常不好找，前台和房間不在一棟房子裏，衞生一般。
