服務不錯，24小時前台很方便，二樓有餐廳，大雷雨天也不會餓肚子。

酒店設施比較陳舊，不過還算乾淨整潔，床墊好像彈簧上沒鋪東西，硌腰，前台服務態度一般，位置不錯，旁邊不遠就是珠江，可以欣賞夜景。離公交車站不遠，來離地鐵一站地。

網上明明見到有窗,第一次個男服務員分間618房入到去有種味實在頂唔順,我打電話去要求換房冇回應,我哋直接落樓地下前台同佢哋講要求換/果個男服務員又話要我哋加錢
後來有個女應該係高級管理員幫我換咗間房好滿意
仲有果個男服務員我哋啱入到去前台佢係度打電話，我話預訂咗房間佢冇理我,我覺得果個男服務員態度好差

衞生差，一進門一衹蟑螂直接爬到我的腿上爬到口袋的位置咬了我一口，嚇**！蟑螂亂爬！
窗是開不了的，找前台説開了也會有很多蚊子，所以窗衹是個擺設，要是能開也衹是一個口子，因為被限位了。住過最坑的酒店，勸退。

房間夠寬敞，位置亦算方便，酒店設施陳舊。
没有本地电号未能使用wifi，前台職員會派人協助登入wifi，但最终亦没有到來。
全程三天都無有wifi使用！
