It was a very good staying. Service is good, room is clean, we loved the swimming pools and hot springs. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

POOR QUALITY SERVICE, A STAYED FOR A NIGHT AND WAS REALLY BAD, THE SERVICE IN THE LOBBY BAR IS SUPER SLOW, I WAITED 1 HOUR FOR A HAMBURGER, AND THE HOTEL WASN’T FULL.

Travelled for work. With outdated amenities, the hotel is a little dated. The room was roomy and tidy. Okay for a short business trip.

The Location is terrible, nothing much to do close by.
The hotel is huge, but extremely old. It has not been renovated in very very very longer and it shows. Its very old.
The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast is great. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. Its the only reason we stayed, otherwise the hotel itself is old and drab.
The medicinal jaccuzzis were also also nice, but again, the pool side is far from attractive.
For Hilton, this hotel really needs a major renovation for a modern look inside and out.
