Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou

Voorzieningen: Ik ben niet erg tevreden over het verblijf, omdat ik niet goed heb geslapen! Ik heb niet goed geslapen omdat de gordijnen te veel licht binnenlaten, zie foto 1, en het bed naar het raam gericht is, dus ik werd na 6 uur gewekt door het licht! Vrienden die gevoelig zijn voor fel licht, check dit eerst als je incheckt Service: het kamertype werd opgewaardeerd toen we incheckten, de kamer met uitzicht op de rivier is onoverwinnelijk! Bedankt receptie! Het ontbijt voelt relatief eenvoudig aan, het zou niet de standaard van de vier seizoenen moeten zijn! En de ober herinnerde er niet aan dat er een à-la-cartemenu is! Er stond ook geen menukaart op tafel! Toen de ober de tafel afveegde, viel het puin op de stoel en lette niet op Zie foto 5, training moet worden versterkt! one of best hotel in China . well trained staffs, quality food and cleanliness of the room are top notch. Thanks to all of employees, they are the best! And specially thanks to the front desk manager, Stacie. (This is 3rd time I’m stay in this hotel) will be back soon.

Service was excellent. The staff had been warm and very helpful. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered spectacular view of the city. Hotel even gave us a complimentary mini birthday cake. Enjoyed every bit of our stay.

Excellent location. The room was very clean, tidy and wth a great view of the Canton Tower, Chu-Kiang and sunset. The service was superb with very helpful and friendly staff. I still remembered a lady named Elena at the reception who proactively showed me the best way to go to Baiyun Mountain Cableway which saved me all the troubles. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality and I shall definitely come back again.

We had really great stay at 78 floor to celebrate a friend birthday. Hotel gave us complimentary mini birthday cake. Overall, very nice service and luxury room for staycation. We enjoyed to try all facilities at four season.

The most luxurious hotel. The service is excellent, the receptionist Mint小姐，is very beautiful, with a professional and attentive attitude, giving me a feeling of being at home. My room on the 94th floor is very spacious, especially the bathroom and shower room, which are very comfortable and luxurious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a beautiful view. The bar on the 99th floor is a great place to enjoy the night view with a glass of alcoholic beverage by the window. The swimming pool and jacuzzi on the 69th floor are impressive; it's my first time swimming at such a high level, giving me a sensation of swimming above the clouds. Breakfast is a must-try on the 72nd floor, with a wide selection of delicious dishes and nice morning sunrise. This hotel is worth coming back to for another stay.
