This facility provides top notch support for their guests and I wasn’t exception. I was well taken care of by the front desk. They made sure I was safe and got me means to all my destinations. Very friendly and respectful too. I will recommend them for both solo and business travelers. With my experiences, I can say you will be in good hands.

It’s hotel is good location for guest who’s have fly to airport . It’s nice bed and big clean room . I like it’s free shuttle pickup & drop service. I like also spa & massage service. Very nice & friendly staff . I will visit again .

The staff needs to be more foreigner-friendly. I had communication problems. I asked the staff for a ride to the airport and they were unable to assist me in getting to the airport. I recommend training the staff on how to handle foreigner guests better.

這次出來是來廣州玩滴，來之前找了好多酒店發現這家酒店還挺不錯的，接機服務很及時，去酒店的時間也很快。酒店裝修的很不錯，個人很喜歡🥰，房間設備齊全，衞生做的也很不錯。晚上睡覺把窗户關上基本沒什麼聲音，隔音做得挺不錯，睡前還可以放點喜歡的音樂幫助睡眠（一個人住還是有點害怕的，放點音樂就沒那麼緊張了😋）。強烈表揚酒店的自助早餐，想吃多少都沒問題，最適合我這種飯量大的人了，種類還很多，粥，炸物，水果…都挺多的。總之是一次不錯的居住體驗，下次還來，嘿嘿嘿🥰

酒店服務很熱情，性價比很高
設施：床品舒服，床墊很軟，適合睡眠質量不好的
衞生：房間也很乾凈，細節衞生做的不錯
環境：周邊環境還可以，附近吃的也有，外賣也方便，我住的是8樓的房間，很安靜
服務：服務熱情，見面都會打招呼，還給我升級了房間，前台小姐姐服務都很好٩（๑❛︶❛๑）۶
很推薦，價格也不高下次還來

機場接送只能選一趟,很不方便。房間非常髒，灰塵很厚，到處有剝落的牆紙沒清除，還有很重的霉味。浴室也是很髒。應該是常接待團體開會的酒店，住房的客人到半夜還喧嘩，跟前台反應也沒用，住宿品質很差，要慎選。

第一次來廣州，到附近來辦事，出門吃點外賣都方便，工作人員的服務態度很好。還給我升級了房型，洗手間空間也大，乾濕分離，早餐是自助的，品種不多不過味道不錯，去的比較早沒幾個人廚師服務的挺好。這個價格住這個酒店性價比很高，這個價格很值
