Great customers service, good selection of foods. The guy named Nemo is the guy you talk to when you need help. He was very helpful and good at what he does.

It was an absolute delight from start to finish! Every aspect of my experience exceeded my expectations and left me feeling pampered and well taken care of. The hotel staff were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my stay.

A very good location for business trip, the morning breakfast coffee should be larger cup with higher quality coffee which is very important for the first drink in the morning.

It is the best Hilton hotel I stayed in the guandong area so far. Staff was helpful and efficient, did an upgrade to my room. I did need a registration from the hotel which every hotel so far has provided it immediately, but for this the hotel has fallen short. I did not expect it from a 5 star hotel.

Very good hotel, excellent food (dinner in the room and wonderful breakfast). Service is very good, offered me free of charge upgrading of the room, without asking.
