Great location where you can find everything you need besides it is just few minutes walking distance to metro station. Not much to talk about the room but fast check in and check out is a plus

Bad Check-In experience as Non-Chinese travelers. Took us half an hour to find the reception... No instructions beforehand.
We would have expected much more, in light of the Canton Fair, when a lot of internationals visit Guangzhou.
Dirty room.
Worst mattresses we've ever slept on... It felt like sleeping on wood.
The "so-called" TV was actually a projected screen where you could pay with AliPay to enjoy TV services :)

朋友推薦住這個片區，附近都是這種公寓，我定的這家感覺樓比較老，室內空間夠但設施陳舊，後悔定這裏但又不能退，趕上有展會又是週末兩晚800感覺不值。發些照片給別的旅客做參考。照片按順序依次：冰箱頂、沙發、床邊、浴室（特別小，很難轉身）、牆邊、床頭、床單、踩死一衹蟑螂（晚上蚊子也不少，後來點了蚊香）、整體。住後感受。廣州市區設施陳舊臟亂差以後還是住酒店，不能選公寓民宿。

前台服務熱情，房間乾淨整潔，和網上圖片沒有出入，由於臨時調整，店家給免費升級了房型。樓下就是地鐵站和商場，坐車和購物都方便，對面是食街吃飯也方便

雖然房價便宜，但是入住體驗卻不廉價：第一天由於預訂的房間客人沒走，老闆給安排了一套大房間，價格還是按小房間的價格，非常講信用。
第二天換了小房間也是非常的整潔乾淨，有種家的感覺。
老闆人很熱情，因為飛機起飛晚，要求晚退兩小時的房間，很痛快的答應了，非常感謝！
這裏交通很方便，地鐵站就在旁邊商場下面。
樓下的小吃店很多，各種小吃很有特色，出門在外不用為吃飯發愁啦

前台很熱情給免費升級了房型，周邊購物方便旁邊就是商場！吃的也方便不遠就是大排房和美食節，最方便的就是交通，樓下就是地鐵8號線和4號線。房間大同小異，不豪華，不過整潔衞生。
