LN Garden Hotel Nansha Guangzhou

We had great time in LN garden. The place is very peaceful. Swimming pool was amazing. Manager Johnnie was really helpful. Would definitely come back again.

I stayed at LN Garden over Christmas with my family, the hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff are all friendly and polite. The grounds and the hotel facilities are exactly what you would expect from a five star hotel. We have buffet breakfast and buffet dinner for the duration of our stay and each night was a different selection of quality, tasty food available. The restaurant staff were helpful and the service was excellent. The dessert selection was excellent. They had lots of seafood, sushi choices and the meat dishes were delicious and surprisingly good quality. The location of the hotel is tranquil and idyllic. We will keep going back to this hotel. If you are looking for a relaxing spot to enjoy and rejuvenate away from the hustle and bustle of the city it’s worth visiting LN Garden. The facilities are absolutely fantastic for families, especially the heated pool and the kids indoor play area. We got the chance to explore the surrounding area and hotel even provided us with tickets to visit the bird sanctuary. This was one of the highlights of our trip! I love this hotel and the location. The hotel staff is very helpful, welcoming, and willing to go the extra mile for their visitors. Johnnie was especially helpful for me and my son. He made the entire‘s day very easy, comfortable and convenient. The location is beautiful and very close to a lovely park. The breakfast is delicious and has both Chinese and western options. There are many activities for kids to do and also many amenities for adults, like afternoon tea and complementary cocktail. Only thing I would change about this hotel is their air-conditioning policy. The night I was there I felt a little bit hot and wanted to turn the air conditioning a bit stronger. I was told by their customer service that I could not do that because then other guests would be uncomfortable. I think they have different air conditioners for each room, so I’m not sure if her explanation was true. Either way that was kind of disappointing. Overall it was a wonderful trip and I will definitely be back!

酒店的吹風機很破，一拿起來風嘴就掉下來了，吹半天頭髮也吹不幹 而且同一天預訂的價格早上和晚上還不一樣 不但漲價還少了免費下午茶 ，而且第二天遇到週末竟然漲價成3倍左右？？？平時沒有遇到五星酒店在平時週末漲價到這種程度。酒店平時協議價也就五百多 我可以接受臨時訂變成一千，但是突然漲價這種行為實在是沒有商譽

昨晚凌晨入住，帶着生病的孩子臨時休息一晚，前台服務很好，還幫我把葯送到了房間。早餐因為孩子不舒服沒下樓，我就問了餐廳一位女工作人員能不能給孩子打包點吃的，她一句話沒回應我，臉上很不耐煩的走開給我拿了這個紙袋打包，住了那麼多間酒店。從未給過這樣的差評，我知道自助早餐早餐有些酒店是不允許打包的，但這種不情不願的態度真的讓我感到非常的生氣。你可以直接告訴我不可以打包都好過你這樣子的態度，最後我也沒有打包，等孩子睡醒直接退房，以後多半都不會再入住這酒店了，這是個非常不好的體驗。
