It's a service apartment with a good room and clean, big space for kids and good for family to stay together.
The place is very good location near shopping mall and restaurants and not far from the Canton Fair.
Can walk to Huacheng Square and Guangdong museum in 10 mins.

As the price suggest this place is decent but don't expect top cleanliness or new furniture. This place has seen better days but the location is great and the girl at the reception was very bubbly and sweet.
All amenities are there and while not in top condition you get quite a lot of conveniences for the price.

mediocre hotel, but my room was not clean, water got cold and staid cold after a 5 min hot shower.

The location of the hotel is great! Many things to explore. The room was not exactly as the pictures presented, but it was nice and comfy.

Reception is at third floor, you need staff to come pick you up at the entrance hall as key is required to go up the elevator. (Better contact the hotel before arriving and add their wechat contact) Got 20th floor room so view was good.
Furniture and fridge were ok, other than the microwave which is probably not cleaned after each checkout, handle and buttons were greasy. Many light bulbs were out, and they could only replace one part, leaving bathroom and bed area darker than I wanted them to be.
Room cleaning comes everyday, bedding changed probably twice a week? Complimentary water bottles provided each day.

Great service, helpful and polite stuff. Good location, shopping mall 1 min walk , and many other bars and restaurants!!. Very nice stay for family! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Prime location. Hotel was nice but cleanliness could have been better. Hotel needs to upgrade interior as well as exterior. New carpeting and a fresh coat of paint would help.
