房間很大就是設施有點陳舊，電視台就能看三個台，其它都要收錢的，不太方便。希望能多加點，中央2台4台電視播齣節目

登記位置簡陋，房間有小強不在講，電視開到永遠是無信號睇唔到，最大件事那麼熱的天氣空調開到有著的聲音時自動轉E8關機，再著仍時這樣，想通知前台但房內聯絡前枱的機是壞的，結果在預訂平台找了找聯絡電話，致電上後，跟前台投訴後要求更換另一房間被拒，更要求我們再試幾次，如不行再送上一台風扇，當然直至早上並沒有跟進及送上風扇的，十分失望！ 再跟大家講講等𨋢情況，每次都要等好耐先順利上到，但成功入到𨋢並不代表成功上到樓層，當時𨋢內只有9人包括我地一家四口第一批進𨋢的，但因關不上門是否懷疑超載，其他人要求我們一家四口先出𨋢試一試，結果即關門，再要重新等侯，第二次結果再這樣，經過我們的堅持不上當，我們用了25分鐘多才上到樓層！如不是兩晚一次性全付款，我真是想立即退房！這次住宿是本家庭最火滾的一次！

這個公寓非常差，環境非常骯髒，洗手間超級骯髒，所有裝修都很殘舊，電視又壞的

總體超級差！房門是密碼鎖，裏面無法反鎖，最後沒有辦法用行李箱當在裏面，推開門腳下和頭頂都是電線，不掛你腦袋就是腳丫子，房間的開關竟然還在入户門，關了燈衹能黑着上床，屋子水池子裏都是米飯的殘渣，滿屋子都是巨大的衞生間味道，房間內還有煙灰，洗澡都很費力，花灑四面八方出水，刷牙牙刷毛掉了一嘴，空調都無法使用，關鍵是床的長度往上一趟腳都直接懸空了，我還僅僅一米七的個子，所有的東西都要小心翼翼的用，桌子插座櫃子看着都是壞的，最後我直接東西都放地上了，好不容易躺床上了，聽到屋子裡面有東西響，起來三次最後發現是一個冰箱，打開一看，裏面堆得都是不知道多少天的食物，總之體驗巨差花了700大洋一晚，還不如幾十元一晚的酒店

我們住在頂層，房間陳設比較舊，電視機沒聲音的，地板拖得不夠乾淨…不過一切都敵不過近東站！價格優惠！帶着長者家出門不想走太遠。走路幾分鐘就到東站了，而且還有個東方寶泰美食廣場，交通十分便利！聽服務員説不久準備裝修了，希望下次來的時候住宿條件會更好！
