Amazing big room , late checkin also done , first day microwave was missing which was solved by my trip.com customer care service, everything is fine just the drain of shower area was badly clogged.although i didn’t mention it to the recpetion but i think they already knew as the cover of drain was already removed for water to settle fast but it didn’t work

They have different apartments on different floors. The first one I had was very modern, this one was slightly older but still in good shape. The elevator is a bit slow, but all in all a great experience.

There are good but they need to change there cleaners they don't clean well they need to improve to there cleaners I don't have any reason that make me clean my own which I payed for as in a hotel there cleaners are so lazy thank you

The location is very good tho but the room air conditioning is not working , no hot water for showering.The room service is very poor, the front desk workers and room cleaner often violate privacy by entering in the room without knowing or calling, it’s very rude and disrespectful. I hope the manager could do something about it.
