一星都不想給的，在他們家住了兩晚。第一晚九點多發現降價成43一晚，而我當時下午定的一百三十多，差價近一百塊。去前台找工作人員想問一下怎麼回事，前台説是搞活動，我説這差價有點離譜了吧，她看了一眼又説是弄錯了，拿着手機改動了一下，我眼睜睜看着價格從43變成68最後穩定在118元。我信了她的話，第二天續住，價格143元。當天晚上九點多翻開**一看，好傢伙又是43元一晚。第一次你可以説是弄錯了，我已經提醒一回，第二次又是43元，分明就是把我當**。就是不想讓我這個已經在住的知道這個活動，怕我退錢！跟**在線客服反映了這個情況，客服立馬來電溝通，告知我這是屬於酒店單方面的活動，而且酒店方跟我説的事實基本一致。客服説酒店肯定是不願意退款的，所以**賠付了五十元給我。真的拉黑這家。住宿環境也是那種破舊的民宿，床單被罩上都有破洞跟污漬。

這間酒店喺荔灣區北區，對面有個好大的商場，好多嘢食選擇，也有娛樂設施。三張床都有1.3米左右以上，可以睡兩個人，始終不是酒店形式，設備和衛生都係一般，但服務員十分之殷勤。

房間乾淨，環境不錯，地理位置很好，網絡速度很快！離地鐵站非常近，周邊吃的也很多，叫外賣方便！老闆服務態度非常好！下次過來還要住這裏！

Просто самый ужасный отель из когда-либо бывавших. УЖАСНЫЙ! Грязный, вонючий, ГРЯЗНЫЙ, сервис нулевой. Забронировали отель через это приложение, когда приехали, она попросила паспорт, а оказывается ресепшен-девушка сделала так, что как-будто мы уже заселились, хотя мы попросили посмотреть комнаты , чтобы убедиться в отзывах , которые были здесь. И с нас забрали одно дневную оплату как штраф, за то , что мы просто попросили показать нам комнаты. ОНА НАС ОБМАНУЛА. НИКОМУ НЕ СОВЕТУЕМ БРОНИРОВАТЬ ОТЕЛИ В ЭТОМ МЕСТЕ. ПРОШУ ВАС, никогда даже не подумайте. Даже можете не приезжать сюда. Не тратьте свое время и деньги. Они вас могут обмануть. Хорошо, что сотрудники trip.com отнеслись с пониманием и помогли в возврате средств. Но со штрафом в один день.

住了七個晚上，空調設施老舊了，制熱效果不行，但是這裡是廣州，想想一年大部分時候都是需要製冷，哈哈。其他都很好，超出想象，一次難忘的旅程！
