Hotel staff is very helpful. Staff number 8541 made sure that the check in process go smoothly. She also upgraded our room.

Best hotel in guangzhou Baiyun District friendly staff’s specially staff ID 8541 and 8504 they use google translator and helped all our need , location is perfect room cleaning is very efficient , easy to get taxi

The location of the hotel is OK, but the room are tired and old, curtains are torn and there are many heavy smokers in every floor...

Front desk officials were very cordial and polite. Room amenities and decorations were nice as well. Most importantly, breakfast menu was outstanding and delicious. All together, recommended hotel for travelers.

Avoid this hotel. Not worth the price.
Crap breakfast. Big room but old.
Don't know where they get their good reviews.
Insider job. Local 3 star standard.
Will not choose this hotel if not for the recommendation fm a biz associate whose office is nearby. He thought the hotel has just renovated.
Although renovated, it is still crap.
