When we called at night to ask for water, they said it would cost extra, even though we agreed. Then they made all sorts of excuses not to deliver it. I wouldn't waste time writing a bad review if I wasn't so dissatisfied! The scenery, however, is quite nice."

"I've never given such a low rating before, and I need to explain why, to alert Trip.com and help future travelers avoid this pitfall. First, the sewer odor was so strong I couldn't sleep; it felt like my breathing was obstructed. Second, it claimed to have a window, but the windowsill was 1.6 meters high (see pictures 2 and 5), so you couldn't see anything. The glass was so covered in dust it was opaque. Third, the central air conditioning didn't provide heating or cooling, making it useless. Fourth, pictures 6 and 7 show the room conditions and photos from Trip.com's booking page, noting 'second floor' and 'large window.' The room actually given was on the third floor (see picture 4). When I asked the front desk, they didn't apologize but made up stories. I don't want to get angry with the employees, so I'm using Trip.com's review platform to state my case and hope Trip.com investigates these misrepresentations."
