"There is only one complaint I want to make is regarding the Thai restaurant soi at the hotel. The food was great, however the service needs to be improved. We ordered 2 appetizers and 2 main dishes. After we ordered, 5 minutes later, the 2 main dishes came first, a couple minutes later, the 2 appetizers came. We were eating at rush. At the end we ordered a dessert, however it took 20 minutes to come. Also, the waitress never came to ask about our comment on the food. Comparing with the restaurant next door we had dinner the night before, it was quite an unpleasant experience. Again the food is the best Thai food we have ever had."

"“Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nikko Guam! The hotel is tucked away on Gun Beach with a more private and tranquil feel compared to the busier central Tumon area. It has direct access to a nice beach section, perfect for those seeking a relaxed vibe while still being close enough to restaurants and shopping (short taxi or walk).The rooms are spacious (around 48㎡), all oceanfront with huge balconies offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and beautiful sunsets. The beds were comfortable, and free WiFi worked well throughout. The outdoor pools with waterslides and kids’ area were a big hit — lots of fun for families.We loved the beachfront BBQ buffet dinner with the fire dance show in the evening; great variety of food (including Japanese options) and entertaining atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent value for a beach resort with great views. Highly recommend Hotel Nikko Guam for a peaceful Guam getaway — we’d happily return!”"

"My family and I stayed here for a week. The building and facilities are generally old, and the air conditioning is an analog switch-type, but the price is very reasonable. Considering the cost per person, it's comparable to a Japanese business hotel, but for this spaciousness and oceanfront view, I think it's an incredible deal. [Good Points] Amenities: Refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, stove, and microwave are all provided, along with everything you need for daily life. The washer-dryer is especially useful for beachgoers and scuba divers. Location: The ocean is right in front of you, so you can go to the beach in your swimsuit as if you were in your own backyard. Having a rental car makes shopping at Don Quijote a breeze. We stocked up on beer and water and enjoyed cooking with the condiments we brought from Japan. Services: Towels and other amenities are also provided promptly. Having a convenience store on the first floor is also convenient. [Notes/Advice] If you plan to cook steaks or other dishes, I highly recommend bringing kitchen scissors from Japan! The local meat is large, so it was difficult to cut with just a knife (lol). I walked to a nearby shop and got my AOW (Advanced) license this time. It's not the latest luxury hotel, but it's the perfect place to spend a relaxing, carefree time with the family. It's easy to get to from Japan, so I'd definitely like to come back regularly to relax."

"Honestly, customer service was good. But the rooms could’ve been better, get it up-to-date to be honest. The breakfast buffet wasn’t all that good either. Everything was so bland and needed salt. The bacon tasted weird and had a off after taste. The pool was small I feel like it could’ve had something more. But for the price I couldn’t expect too much. If I must say, for the price it was average but it could’ve been better."

"We stayed here to golf. And the only entertainment they have is pretty much golf… Andy maybe a nice fitness gym. The gym actually not a hotel gym, it’s actually a full functioning gym, although old. The hotel is massive but mostly empty, and really old. It felt like a ******* mansion especially there is almost no hotel staff. The rooms are spacious and have a really nice bath tub, beds are comfy and overall clean. The room has a mini fridge but it works like an icebox so you actually need to put ice in it to keep it cold inside. The service was what I had the most problem with. Not only are they not friendly, they had a condescending tone and just lacked courtesy. This actually apply to the Japanese staff and the local English speaking staff were hospitable and lovely. I’ve noticed it’s the Japanese hotel manager that brings out this culture and I was highly disappointed. I’ve stayed in many hotels but this was probably one of the worst service. It’s located far from downtown and the beach, but if you’re just going for golf and want to relax in the green, this might be the the right place for you."

"This was the worst experience ever. I called the hotel prior to my arrival that day to tell them that I'm going to reach the hotel later than regular check in time. When I arrived the lady at the front desk told me that there were no available rooms but she can squeeze me in one of the ones where they don't have pillow cases and asked me to check it out first. I arrived super late and wanted a place to crash, when we went up to the room omg the smell of the cleaning product is so vile I still have migraine. Plus, there were GECKOS in the room! Mother effing GECKOS! I couldn't stay, I called another hotel and paid way more money not to stay there."
