"“Really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nikko Guam! The hotel is tucked away on Gun Beach with a more private and tranquil feel compared to the busier central Tumon area. It has direct access to a nice beach section, perfect for those seeking a relaxed vibe while still being close enough to restaurants and shopping (short taxi or walk).The rooms are spacious (around 48㎡), all oceanfront with huge balconies offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean and beautiful sunsets. The beds were comfortable, and free WiFi worked well throughout. The outdoor pools with waterslides and kids’ area were a big hit — lots of fun for families.We loved the beachfront BBQ buffet dinner with the fire dance show in the evening; great variety of food (including Japanese options) and entertaining atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent value for a beach resort with great views. Highly recommend Hotel Nikko Guam for a peaceful Guam getaway — we’d happily return!”"

"The location is fantastic, and the views are amazing! The service is excellent – you can always trust Lotte. If you book a stay that includes lounge access, you don't have to worry about where to eat in expensive Guam. The food caters to Korean tastes, which is a big plus! I compared several places, and this one is definitely my style. It's close to both Tumon Beach and Gun Beach, making it perfect for water activities. The infinity pool also has a stunning view! They have a lot of events too – it's just the best!"

"The room is big. We booked triple sharing and we were given 3 twin beds which is good. However, housekeeping service is not good. The room was not made up until we complained. When it was cleaned, the beds were not made properly and the complimentary coffee not replenished. If not for the room size and good beds, this hotel is not a good choice."

"Mijn familie van 5 woonde in de Laguna club suite. We hebben de Rihga gekozen omdat dat is waar mijn neef's huwelijksreceptie was gelegen. We hebben 4 nachten gebleven en iedereen van de voorkant, naar de mensen in de cafe (Nyx), ontbijtbuffet (Cherry, Carlos, Ron en Andrei) en zwembad (Ron) waren ongelooflijk vriendelijk en handig. We voelden ons zo comfortabel en hadden zo persoonlijke dagelijkse gesprekken met elk van de personeelsleden hier. Het ontbijtbuffet was heerlijk en had een fatsoenlijke verscheidenheid aan voedsel om mijn kids te kunnen verblijven. Het team in Rihga dat ik hierboven noemde werkte ook tijdens de bruiloft van mijn neef. Ik ben al een paar decennia buiten het eiland geweest en het was zo verfrissend om aan die gastvrijheid van het eiland te worden herinnerd. We hebben ons verblijf hier echt genoten en zullen zeker weer in de RIHGA Royal blijven!"

"The response time on WhatsApp wasn't very prompt. When I asked for a bottle opener to enjoy a Corona, they told me it wasn't available via WhatsApp. However, when I took the bottled Corona to the front desk and asked to borrow an opener, they opened it for me on the spot. I imagine others might feel the same way about the WhatsApp service. But, since a King Suite was available and I was upgraded, it wasn't a big deal. I got to drink my beer after all. And the acai bowl from the deli was delicious."

"We stayed here to golf. And the only entertainment they have is pretty much golf… Andy maybe a nice fitness gym. The gym actually not a hotel gym, it’s actually a full functioning gym, although old. The hotel is massive but mostly empty, and really old. It felt like a ******* mansion especially there is almost no hotel staff. The rooms are spacious and have a really nice bath tub, beds are comfy and overall clean. The room has a mini fridge but it works like an icebox so you actually need to put ice in it to keep it cold inside. The service was what I had the most problem with. Not only are they not friendly, they had a condescending tone and just lacked courtesy. This actually apply to the Japanese staff and the local English speaking staff were hospitable and lovely. I’ve noticed it’s the Japanese hotel manager that brings out this culture and I was highly disappointed. I’ve stayed in many hotels but this was probably one of the worst service. It’s located far from downtown and the beach, but if you’re just going for golf and want to relax in the green, this might be the the right place for you."

"Ik ben zo blij om onze ervaringen te delen in het SureStay Hotel! Alle deelnemers waren zo vriendelijk en respectvol. Als bonus, we vergeten een belangrijk item in de kamer, maar we realiseerden het niet tot we waren op de luchthaven en konden niet teruggaan om het te krijgen. Het was ongeveer 2 uur. Ik belde het hotel. Ze lieten het item in het verloren gebied en vonden het, en ze waren aardig genoeg om het te hebben geleverd naar een ander land. Ik deel dit omdat we kunnen denken dat hotels voor 1 of 2 nachten allemaal hetzelfde zijn, maar het echte verschil is in de dienst die we krijgen wanneer we echt een probleem moeten oplossen! Hartelijk dank; we waarderen echt uw gastvrijheid!"
