"The lake and mountain view from our cosy room for three was genuinely beautiful, and a special mention goes to the brunette waitress with glasses, who was always smiling, helpful, attentive, and brought such a positive energy. That said, our room was in the older part of the hotel and really needs updating, and we were disappointed to find a hair in the bed and that the shower and toilet were not properly clean. We were also disturbed at night by the garden and emergency-exit lights, although the hotel reacted quickly to cover them. Breakfast was decent overall, but we often found small pieces of eggshell in the scrambled eggs and a bit more variety like smoked salmon or avocado would be welcome, while dinner felt too expensive for the quality, so we preferred eating at nearby restaurants."

"Very friendly people. Pleasant reception and they do their utmost to make you feel at ease. The swimming pool is very nice, especially after a very hot day. After 7 pm, the pool and the bar are closed, but actually the entire hotel is too. Apart from your room, there are no facilities available then. If you have a room without a balcony, you are essentially sitting in your room without a view. Keep that in mind. There are coffee and tea facilities in the room; the tea is free, while the coffee costs 2 euros per cup. Rooms are kept clean well, although I did notice mold on the coffee cups and spoons. Consequently, the “coffee/tea” facility, which is partly free and partly not, is rarely used."

"Good food although a little overpriced. Too many dogs allowed in restaurant. Not nice, especially when they all started barking at each other! A restaurant is for people not dogs! Quite an isolated situation but a pretty farm in quiet countryside on lakeside of lake Como"

"het personeel is behulpzaam, vriendelijk en met een hoog niveau van servicegerichtheid. kamers zijn handig, schoon en comfortabel. ontbijt was goed en de zwakke wifi was een voordeel..... minder schermtijd en meer kijktijd aan het Comomeer en omgeving.. het is jammer dat ze geen echte optie hebben voor het diner aangezien de nabijgelegen alternatieven dat wel zijn beperkt. de moeite waard om hier te verblijven!"

"Zeer vriendelijke mensen. Prettige ontvangst en ze doen hun uiterste best het naar je zin te maken. Het zwembad is erg prettig, zeker na een erg warme dag. Na 7 uur is het zwembad en de bar gesloten, maar eigenlijk ook gewoon het gehele hotel. Er zijn dan behoudens je kamer geen faciliteiten meer. Heb je een kamer zonder balkon, dan zit je dus op je kamer, zonder uitzicht. Houd daar rekening mee. Er staat koffie en thee faciliteiten op de kamer, de thee is gratis, de koffie kost 2 euro per kopje. Kamers worden goed schoongehouden, wel viel mij schimmel op de koffiekopjes en de lepeltjes op. De “koffie/thee” faciliteit die deels gratis is en deels niet wordt dus ook weinig gebruikt."
