I’m sorry to deduct stars for this hotel as there is much about it to enjoy and we did. The concierge was very helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and it’s a great location for the city but ……. 1. Having a roof top bar is an asset. We were encouraged by the reception staff to visit it as it has stunning views. I asked if you had to book and was told no, open from 7. It does have stunning views as we discovered when we went up there but it was closed on Monday and Tuesday! Why? It’s peak tourist season and we were encouraged to go up there ! Very disappointing. 2. The breakfast buffet was good but there was only one person clearing and laying tables and making sure supplies were replenished. There were queues for bread, juice , bacon and eggs. It was 9am. Shame as it’s a great location .

Stayed on honeymoon. All aspects were great and the staff are very friendly. The location, service and facilities were all a great experience. Also the Alhambra Palace from the hotel rooftop bar was very nice too. If you have anything to come to Granada next time, this is the hotel you want to stay again.

Waiting for Check in, a large cup of freshly squeezed orange juice was delivered. The room facilities were also very modern. The first time the toilet was equipped with washlet. When I came back from a trip, the room sent a plate of ginkgo, cheese and ham dings and biscuits to replenish energy. Going out to eat everywhere, especially the seafood restaurant recommended by the hotel, can actually enjoy the cheap Tapas. Breakfast is ordered according to the menu, very delicious. The only downside is that there is no body lotion in the room, and the local area is very dry, but after telling the front desk, a small bottle of L'Occitane body lotion - shampoo and other toiletries are L'Occitane.

We chose this hotel for our three-night stay largely based on its location and the fact the we are driving a car. Driving access to and from is easy and you have private (small additional cost) parking below. While a couple km from the city center it is a straight shot into the historic center. A tram station and bus stop are immediately across the street should you choose to use public transport. Our room is good sized, very usefully furnished and extremely clean with a large, immaculate bath. Everything appears nearly new. The mattress is nicely firm and the linens (including top sheet) comfortable. The blackout drapery keeps our east facing room in near complete darkness in the morning. Said east facing rooms give an excellent view of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. The continental breakfast (extra cost) is a fair value. It is buffet style which in COVID times means you don plastic gloves when getting food. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The price at present is a genuine bargain. In fact it is so low that I feared it too good to be true. It is true!

The hotel was very comfortable and the air conditioning was perfectly functioning, something indispensable in August. The bathroom was well, although the sheet of the mampara was not completely closed, and the shower was bad, it looked quite new, but defect, the water was not good for the kids, but as it was just one night we didn't say anything. The hotel is very clean and the swimming pool is perfect for a refreshing haircut, with a towel and several hams. In general everything is quite well, and the location also, we park very close and we pick up the bus line 8 right in front of which leads you to the center quickly.

It takes 5 minutes to 3-4 hundred meters to drag the luggage. The hotel staff is very Nice. From here, there is a bus to the sights. You can also walk slowly and walk past if you Have physical strength! A lot of taxis are very convenient! There are supermarkets, restaurants around, and there are many people on the street at 8-9 o'clock in the evening, not very worried! Granada is an orange tree, so beautiful! We booked this Hostel through *********** as we had planned to travel from Seville to Granada to say for 2 nights. Unfortunately, the accommodation was not up to standards AT ALL. Pictures online were misleading and were off superior rooms of a higher price. Upon arrival we checked in and were unpleasantly surprised with our room. Our door was not even locked and was half open when we arrived. Opening the door caused insulation and saw dust to pour from the frame of the door and onto the floor. Inspecting the room; we found stains and dirt marks essentially all over the room on furniture and the walls alike. And then after five minutes of being in the room we had a random man enter our room without knocking giving both myself and my girlfriend a fright. After this event myself and my girlfriend decided we no longer felt comfortable or safe or that we could properly relax at this hostel / hotel. An overall incredibly disappointing experience, we checked out around 20 minutes after entering the room. The staff offered us an alternative room (no refund was offered or even available to us) however after so many low points after only being in this establishment for such little time we decided we would stay elsewhere and booked a hotel a few minutes walk from the hostel. Would not recommend. Incredibly dissatisfied and disappointing

Suite hotel, the room is good, the space is spacious, there is a kitchen, the front desk is warm, and you can store your luggage. There are supermarkets within walking distance, and it is completely ok to walk to the old town viewing platform and other attractions. Note for self-driving: The google navigation positioning point is accurate, which is the temporary slanted yellow line parking space of the hotel. You need to give the front desk license plate number, limited access area, paid parking, and park in the hotel's dedicated parking garage next to it.

Similar to a homestay, self-service check-in, although some minor conflicts occurred during the check-in process, because there was no front desk, the phone could not be answered. Fortunately, the call was returned after ten minutes. The telephone receptionist could speak English, so the check-in was quickly resolved. Everything is shown in the picture, the environment is very comfortable and suitable for a family to live in. (The only downside is that the bedding is average, it doesn’t feel like pure cotton) There is a Chinese restaurant downstairs, which is very good. There is a small supermarket just a little behind, it’s very convenient to go anywhere~ It is worth noting that the check out time is 11:00. Can not be delayed (because there are guests coming later) we booked the next itinerary to depart again at 4:00 PM, there is no place to store luggage. In order not to affect the itinerary, store the luggage in the nearby B&B Hotel, 7 euros per piece can be stored for one day. Overall cost-effective.

My husband and I stayed in the Macia Condor for 3 nights on a group tour of Granada. It is fair to say that everyone was a bit disappointed in their rooms on arrival. Whilst the public areas have been upgraded the rooms are very tired and not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Our room was a reasonable size with a frosted window overlooking a brick internal courtyard - so no sunshine or view although the upside was no road noise which was an issue for others. The room was clean and beds reasonably comfortable. There were a few issues with our room - the toilet was wedged into the corner of the bathroom which was awkward to use, the shower didn’t work properly with water not completely diverting to the shower and my bedside light didn’t switch off completely, glowing a little at night. My bed pointed straight at the door which felt a little strange and light came in all round the door frame. We were lucky to have three plugs, in one location, but no tea/coffee facilities. Aircon was fine if perhaps a bit noisy. Breakfast was decidedly average. Location was ok - few shops and restaurants around, lovely park a few doors along. Old town was about 20 minutes walk.
