"For a 4 star Hotel, the offerings were basic at best - stayed in a double room accommodation. Pros: • Staff: Welcoming & friendly greeting; arranged airport transfer to hotel, helpful in communicating with tour guide. • Room: Clean, comfortable mattress, rooftop balcony • Location: A short walk to the beach, shops, and town centre. Cons: • Communication: Not very quick in their response to e-mails or Whatsapp ＞ I e-mailed to arrange airport transfer 2 days before departure, response received & transfer arranged day of arrival • Breakfast: Very limited variety and repetitive daily selection. • No room ammenities i.e. no shower screen (had to mop floor after every shower); no shower mat (had to place a hand towel on the floor to dry feet); no hospitality tray (had to ask for glasses for drinking); no bedroom bin; TV not picking up Netflix or Youtube despite 2 attempts at resetting; no luggage racks to place suitcase • Noisy bathroom extractor fan • Housekeeping attended to the room once in the 7 days we were there • Surrounded by ongoing construction"

"Mooi hotel, mooie grote kamer met strandbalkon. Geen bovenlaken op bed. Luide motor van het koelkastje. Verwarring over de Booking van 3 kamers die ze aan de receptie pas na veel heen en weer konden terugvinden. Mooi zwembad en strand, stemmig restaurant met live muziek en aangepaste zang. Vriendelijke bediening. Uitstekende keuken met zeer originele toets : een dambord van ceviche visblokjes en macadamia. Treffelijke frietjes. Prima ravioli van sepia met garnalen, linguine met zeevruchten en vongole. Uitzonderlijke patisserie van citroen of hazelnoot of cappuccino die werd opgediend wanneer het hoofdgerecht niet eens afgeruimd was. Mooie locale witte wijn waarvan de t****e fles niet eens door de ober werd uitgeschonken. Vervelende en ontsierende slordigheden die een keuken van dit niveau kan missen. Uitgebreid ontbijt met amper brood."

"I came with my family to stay at this hotel for the weekend and paid a hefty price, expecting quality service. Instead, it felt like a complete rip-off. Upon arrival, there was no parking available, and I had to struggle to find a space far away from the hotel. In the morning, we were woken up at 7:00 a.m. by loud construction work on the neighboring site, which is the last thing you expect during a weekend stay. To make matters worse, when I wanted to use the toilet and take a shower, there was no water at all. Breakfast was just as disappointing and completely disorganized — I had to run after waiters just to get a fork and knife. For the price they charge, this level of service is unacceptable. I would definitely not recommend this place."

"It has absolutely nothing to do with the commune. It looks close to the sea, but it's very far away, and it's ridiculous. No matter how many days you stay, they asked for 5 euros a day for tourist fees and beach access, as if they were right on the beach. I didn't pay. You only pay the tourist fee once, not for every day you stay. I absolutely do not recommend it. I'm telling those who are going, please be careful."
