De kamer was klein, bed wat oncomfortabel voor mijn vrouw, de kamer was dagelijks gereinigd. Er zou een droge kast moeten zijn voor indiaanse gasten. Restaurant ontbrak echte Udupi gerechten, Noord-Indiaanse voedsel was gemiddeld."

"Recently completed a very pleasant stay of 3 nights and 4 days. Though the location of the hotel / resort is little difficult to approach by car, but once you reach, it is an absolute bliss. Only little uncomfortable part is, beach is round 300 meters away and walking down to beach during night hours through a narrow lane may not be very pleasing experience for everybody. Now the good things are, 1. Whole place is spot clean. 2. Rooms are very clean and specious 3. Breakfast is awesome 4. Overall service is fantastic NOTE: Though they presently do not have any Lunch / Dinner facility, but if you ask them, they can get the same from outside and serve. Overall, a highly recommended place if you want to spend 3-4 days of solitude."

"We had booked two rooms (AC Cottage) on 01.12.2025 with a scheduled check-in on 06.12.2025 and check-out on 07.12.2025. Unfortunately, due to the cancellation of our Indigo flight, we were unable to reach the resort on the scheduled date. Accordingly, on 05.12.2025, we contacted the Resort Manager over the phone, explained the situation, and requested him to postpone our booking to check-in on 13.12.2025 and check-out on 14.12.2025. He asked us to share the booking details and informed us that he would check availability and revert. During the same call, the Manager informed us that AC Cottages would not be available on 13.12.2025, but Premium AC Rooms would be available at an additional cost of ₹2,000. We agreed to this arrangement and confirmed that we would pay the extra amount on the day of check-in, to which the Manager agreed. On 13.12.2025, before reaching the hotel, we again contacted the Manager, shared the booking name, and informed him that we would be checking in late in the evening. Upon reaching the hotel, only one staff member was present. When we requested the Premium AC Room, the staff informed us that no premium rooms were available and asked us to contact the Manager. When we called the Manager, he also stated that no premium rooms were available, despite our prior discussion and confirmation. Unfortunately, no alternative solution was provided, and the Manager did not ensure that the agreed rooms were kept available for us. As a result, we were unable to stay at the hotel and had to leave. Even after constant mails, calls and messages no refund initiated. The worst experience ever. The manager committed fraud against us."

"Stayed at Nimmu House for 3 nights and it’s an absolute jem! Just a 5-minute walk from both Kudle Beach and the sacred Mahaleshwar Temple, the location is unbeatable. Het eigendom is spotloos kamers, gemeenschappelijke gebieden, en tuinen zijn onverwacht schoon elke dag. Het erfgoed huis is prachtig gerestaureerd, vreedzaam, en omringd door coconut bomen. Het herstellen van een vogelsong en het wandelen naar het strand in minuten was een pure vreugde. Kudle en Om Beach zijn slechts 300–500 m afstand, schoon en onbewoond in vergelijking met Goa. Het personeel is warm, het eten is vers en heerlijk (vergeet niet de zeefood thali), en alles voelt zich ontspannen, maar goed onderhouden. Perfect rustig terugtrekken vlak naast de beste stranden van Gokarna. Al plannen mijn volgende verblijf! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"
