"I was staying alone for business. The hotel had a high rating but to be honest I don’t know why. When you check in there is a terrible Smokey/dirty smell coming from the bar area. This was a bad start. I was told at check-in that even though my confirmation stated bed and breakfast that I needed to pay for breakfast. Obviously I didn’t bother. The room was ok but nothing special. No real lighting in the room and the AC was only noise. Even though I was on the top floor it was very noisy from the outside bar area. Having stayed extensively in this area can tell you there are a lot better hotels for a lot less money. I won’t be staying again."

"Het hotel is in het centrum van de stad Segura, is zeer schoon, de kamer is zeer juist. De mensen die ons hebben geholpen, zowel in de receptie als in het ontbijt zeer vriendelijk. Het ontbijt is zeer goed. Van hetzelfde hotel kunt u toegang tot het restaurant."
