From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this hotel is in desperate need of a renovation. The lobby felt dated, and the overall atmosphere was far from welcoming. The room was a major letdown. The furniture was old and worn out, the carpet had stains, and the bathroom felt like it hadn’t been updated in decades. The decor was stuck in the 90s, and the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. For the price I paid, I expected a much more modern and well-maintained space. What made the experience even worse was the customer service. The staff was unfriendly and seemed indifferent to guests' needs. When I asked for assistance with an issue in my room, I was met with rudeness and a lack of professionalism. It felt like they couldn’t be bothered to help, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Overall, my stay at the Hilton Glendale was a huge disappointment. The outdated facilities and poor customer service made it feel like a budget motel rather than a reputable Hilton property. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will be looking for better options in the area for future stays."

De rookman is niet goed en niet mooi, moet direct naast een ton afval staan, omdat het de rookzone is."
