After a misunderstanding with my reservation, the hotel was completely inflexible, even though the situation could have been resolved with a little understanding and flexibility. What was most surprising was the lack of proactive communication on their part. I didn't even receive a simple attempt to contact me to confirm my presence, which could have prevented this situation. Unfortunately, the response from the assistant manager, Xavier Caballero, was completely inconsiderate and lacked any empathy. Instead of trying to understand both sides and seek a reasonable solution, he simply blamed the customer without showing any interest in finding an alternative. In my opinion, this type of attitude reflects a serious lack of tact and professionalism, essential characteristics in an industry like the hotel industry. It's a shame that, instead of valuing customers and their loyalty, they prioritize solely the economic aspect without any consideration. The lack of flexibility and empathy in such a simple situation has left much to be desired. I hope that, at the very least, this experience will help you reflect and improve your treatment of guests."
