We had a great stay at the Royal Senses where we spent 10 days. Location is good and let’s you visit many places within 1 hour drive. The hotel is very nice and quiet, infrastructures are plenty and well designed (spa, fitness center, several pools, water park for kids!!) and the teams are great. Ideal for a family holiday. The view on the sea from the pool is breathtaking, and sunsets are memorable. Room are great with a private pool to enjoy the sun and view on the sea. Special thanks to the villas manager, Stella, who is bringing the final twist to this experience, answering any request or need we had. Great experience overall !!

This is an amazing resort in a beautiful location right next to the sea. They offer a variety of foods at very meal and snacks throughout the day. They have many sports and water activities to engage in during the day, as well as multiple swimming locations. All of the workers have been very kind an generous during our stay, especially Eleni (sorry for the poor spelling) who was very kind to us and served us during our meals. Whether you come with family and children or on a couples get away, this resort offers something for everyone!

We loved our stay at Ammos Suites and would definitely recommend. We don’t like big resorts so Ammos was perfect for us - small and friendly. The hotel is very clean and our room was spacious, modern and stylish. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was gorgeous with a great shower! Our room was lovely and quiet. We really liked the location as it was opposite the beach but only a 25 minute stroll into the old town. Everyone that works there is very professional and really friendly and helpful. Warm greetings from Germany! This was my fourth visit to Grecotel Caramel Boutique Hotel, and as always we had a wonderful time there! The resort has a magical atmosphere and a very beautiful setting, full of different flowers and plants as well as a gorgeous beach. A perfect place to relax and enjoy! But what makes this hotel so special is the pleasent team✨ I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for ensuring that my stay was delightful and comfortable! A special commendation to Mr. Alex from the a la carte restaurant. Together with his stellar team, they truly exceeded expectations. The culinary delights, from main courses to desserts and drinks, were not only of the highest quality but also tantalizingly delicious and beautifully presented. Every evening I enjoyed great food, live music, and a lovely service. My warmest appreciation goes out to the entire staff! Their kindness, efficiency, hospitality and genuine warmth contributed immensely to the overall experience! AMAZING!!! This hotel is 10/10 for couples to stay!!! Very close to the city centre (10 min walk) and all the bars and restaurants but far out enough to have some peace and quiet. We arrived from the airport at around 11pm and they left sandwiches and crisps in our room (very nice gesture). The time from chania airport is 2.15 hours on a shared transfer. (Splash the cash and pay for a private one lol) The room we had was very spacious and ideal for our 4 night stay. The house keeping cleaned every day and gave us fresh towels and made our bed. comfy bed and pillows and we loved our little balcony for drinks before we headed out for dinner. We hired quad bikes for $80 for 24 hours which was really good! We saw a lot of the area on this and even managed to take it to Baja Beach club! (would recommend) We also hired a car for $45 for the day and visited Bali Beach where we found a nice beach club called Baboo beach! Would definitely recommend this place :) On the last night of our stay my Fiancee proposed to me on the rooftop of the hotel with the background of the city in the view. He arranged this all with the reception and they closed off the rooftop and bar for us for the hour. This was definitely amazing and we want to thank the hotel for being so cooperative! Will definitely be returning on our anniversary! Thankyou to all the amazing staff :)
