The rooms are indeed a bit small; the bed, placed against the window and two walls, takes up half the room. However, the space utilization is excellent, clever, and fully functional. The bar on the first floor is open 24 hours and offers drinking water, which is quite convenient."

"The service at this hotel makes it a 5 star in my opinion. The valet / bellman are attentive and friendly . The reception staff is absolutely lovely and kind - very welcoming . The waitstaff in the restaurants are quick and professional while catering to business travelers but also vacation travelers. The rooms are standard Marriott rooms. But after our disappointing last hotel stay in St . Gervais - a huge American style room was a lovely welcome . Every meal that we had was fresh & clean . I highly recommend the quinoa salad with the warm gazpacho. The location is right on the lake and you can’t beat the views from the pool . Next time I come , I’ll try swimming in the open water swim park !"

It’s rare to find such consistency across all departments, and it made our time at La Réserve genuinely special. We left with the feeling of having experienced something personal and memorable. "The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. There's a luggage lift in the lobby. The toilet is a separate room, and the shower and bathtub are in the same area. The room has plenty of charging points, air conditioning, and a small fridge. However, the water in the fridge was already opened when I checked in, so I didn't drink it. There's also a kettle and a coffee machine. A digital city transport card is provided upon check-in."

We waren blij dat Ibis ons tijdens ons verblijf een gratis OV-kaart voor binnen de stad heeft verstrekt. De lobby is comfortabel en uitnodigend en maakt een prettige eerste indruk. Een minpuntje is dat het kamerdesign wat gedateerd aanvoelt, met een standaard Ibis-stijl."
