"We stayed 4 days at the Creissant de Lune's Bar in Bagarre, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. When we mentioned the problem, the host first told us about the wind, before admitting that it was actually a problem of evacuation known for several weeks, without ever having informed us in advance. Faced with our discomfort, she simply advised us to leave the places and suggested to go to the Ibis Budget du coin... a response for the least surprising and unprofessional. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Despite our very rapid signal (with several messages without answers), the host told us that she had never found them during the household. As some of them have left them on the ground, this lack of rigor only strengthens our feeling of approximate management of the housing. We do not question the quality of the environment, which is really pleasant, but for tourist accommodation, a minimum of transparency, reliability and seriousness is essential."

"The hotel has a lot of charm at first glance, but the cleanliness is not up to 5-star standards. In the sauna, the chlorine or bromine concentration is too high and irritates the eyes. It's impossible to turn down the music in the bar; it's far too loud. Breakfast is very expensive and meager, consisting mainly of frozen products, with a €28 flat rate regardless of whether you choose savory or sweet options. And to top it all off, Petrus has no business being in the breakfast room. He's lovely, but he gives off a very strong and unpleasant odor in the morning. Not worthy of a 5-star rating."

"Ga naar Nick Cave bij de Arena. Het hotel is minder dan vijf minuten afstand. Het spoorwegstation is slechts een korte loopafstand. Restaurants zijn dichtbij, naast de Arena en beneden de aangrenzende wegen. Ook, er is een handige supermarkt vlakbij de weg. Na de eerste nacht ging de airconditioning van onze kamer op de bliksem. Na een snel controle door het personeel, werden we overgeplaatst naar een andere (betere) kamer, zonder problemen. Een zeer fatsoenlijk ontbijt verspreid, we hebben ook een avond eten in het hotelrestaurant, en het eten was heerlijk. Zonder uitzondering, alle personeel was uitstekende, net als de algemene service. We zijn zeker blij om dit hotel te adviseren."

"A spectacularly beautiful establishment full of charm and curated antiques. We loved our stay at Jardins Secrets, it is indeed a unique and special place for pure relaxation at the heart of Nîmes. We are a family of four with a little doggie and initially booked the family room but the charming Victoria who greeted us at reception advised that since we had 2 adult daughters it would be more comfortable to have 2 separate suites. The girls had the chambre mademoiselle and they absolutely adored it. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated with period style furniture which reflected the soul of the old Coach house. The owners have done an amazing job of decorating each piece and public spaces (there are about 5) beautifully curated and styled public spaces including the bar and 14 unique and absolutely stunning gorgeously decorated rooms. It was like being in a fairy tale, the gardens and inner courtyard merited to be called secret garden as it had a stunning pool, with lovely plants and birdsong accompanying one, when you sat outside. I would have like to keep this place a secret as it was indeed a beautiful discovery. My daughters have traveled the world with us, be it in Asia, Africa, Europe and the US, stayed in luxurious accommodations but the Jardins Secrets was one of the best hotels in the world by far. The hotel manager Victoria is a real gem, her warmth and hospitality coupled with her kindness and enthusiasm made our stay memorable and wonderful. Victoria is a real star and asset to this establishment. Breakfast was served in the lovely garden and on a rainy day in the antique kitchen, we even had candlelight for breakfast service indeed a treat. One night on our return from dinner in Nîmes, the whole place was lit with candles and the perfume scented spaces were outer worldly. We were not surprised that a slew of celebrities had stayed here for its serenity and anonymity that a 14 bedroom luxury mansion could only offer in comparison to chain 5 star hotels. Names like Dua Lipa, Sam Smith, Sting, Billy Halliday, Phil Collins were whispered amongst many other guest of great but discerning taste. An exceptional elegant and exquisitely crafted establishment."
