Er is ook een shuttleservice en de service is uitstekend. Het enige minpuntje is het lawaai van de waterpomp in de tuin, dat je zelfs met gesloten deur kunt horen. Hopelijk kan het hotel dit snel aanpassen."

Zelfs toen ik om hulp vroeg, reageerde niemand op problemen met de kamer. Later heeft de klantenservicemanager van Ctrip snel een aantal van mijn zorgen weggenomen. De restaurantmanager en de dame die onze kamer schoonmaakte, waren de enigen die warmte brachten in mijn gedwongen verblijf van een week in Lanzhou. Hun oprechtheid bracht een gevoel van warmte in ons verre thuis."
