"Ik heb echt genoten van mijn verblijf in het hotel. Ik had problemen in een andere stad, dus ik moest terug naar Lanzhou. Ik heb op het laatste moment een reservering gemaakt voor maar één nacht en het personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam! Dit was het beste hotel waar we tot nu toe in China hebben verbleven. Alles was brandschoon en nieuw, echt vlekkeloos! Het ontbijt was ook erg goed en het hotel ligt vlakbij de luchthaven. Ik wil in het bijzonder één medewerker noemen die erg behulpzaam was, haar naam is Cassy. Ze begreep hoe moe we waren na alle onverwachte gebeurtenissen van die dag. Het was laat in de avond toen we aankwamen en ze had altijd oplossingen om ons te helpen. Ze gaf me zelfs tips over wat er in Lanzhou te doen was, hield me op de hoogte en beantwoordde al mijn vragen. Ze regelde ook een late check-out zodat we meer tijd hadden om uit te rusten. Zelfs toen ze het erg druk leek te hebben, maakte ze tijd voor ons. Ik ben haar en het hele personeel ontzettend dankbaar. Bedankt!"

De restaurantmanager en de dame die onze kamer schoonmaakte, waren de enigen die warmte brachten in mijn gedwongen verblijf van een week in Lanzhou. Hun oprechtheid bracht een gevoel van warmte in ons verre thuis."

The only minor drawback is that parking on the service road in front of the hotel is limited, and the road is quite narrow, making it a bit tricky to park if you're driving yourself. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming, making for a great check-in experience. The room was clean and tidy, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the shower had good water pressure with stable water temperature. The hotel also provides disposable towels, ensuring good hygiene. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is perfect for an airport stay."
