Well trained, friendly and welcoming. They did the little things - the extra touches that make a big difference - and it makes such a difference. The food is as good as we had on the island and the afternoon tea and happy hour are real treats. This is one of the few five star hotels, in Sri Lanka, that matches its status with its delivery.
